I pop in for the $5.44 meal for lunch when I’m at Union Square. Staff are busy and slow. Ladies on the check out are helpful. Tables are always dirty and need clearing as people eat and don’t clear their table after. Also a lot of homeless people go on and steal drinks from the drinks machine. Food can be hit or miss. Chicken dry and fries soggy. For the price you can’t go wrong. Can be disappointing if you’re hungry and get the older food.

I am a Chef at Canada's Top Chef College in Toronto, Canada I stop in KFC
Manhattan NY before I caught my Flixbus to Canada. I ordered a 2 piece regular combo it tasted so good because i had just took my diabetes type 2 medications so i needed protein to blend in with the meds. The Workers here are super warm welcoming full of love it is sure a busy city Thank You

This KFC place is terribly managed. Their limited space is not wisely used. There are only 3 sitting tables while a long bench is occupying the corridor leading to the restroom. Can they get rid of the long bench and move the self-ordering system from the service counter? It is too crowded in front of the service counter. Where is the manager?
