sushi was delicious and decent price for AYCE in NYC. however, place gets very busy and very loud with young adults from around the area. hard to have a conversation when everyone is shouting. the place is very busy so it’s understandable that service may be delayed… but it felt like an extremely long wait time from ordering food to actually getting it. would go again, just for lunch not dinner

DO NOT EAT AT KIKKO! I ate there previously a few times but yesterday on 2/19/25 we went there to all you can eat dinner 40$ per person. After a few rounds of sushi and ribs my daughter realized that her ribs are raw inside. There is a very dark lighting at the restaurant ,( they do that so you can’t really inspect what you’re eating). I touched and the meat was RAW and COLD inside and it didn’t smell fresh. The prepared it in a rush instead of cooking it well! The manager was unavailable of course to address the issue but the waitress denied any wrongdoing. The ribs were RAW obviously. Today my teenage daughter is throwing up and having a stomachache. I feel bad for letting my kids down. Avoid this place. Quality over quantity from now on.

Why this place isn't higher rated shocks me. It is everything you can ask for from an AYCE sushi place. $43 a person (before tax and tip) for 2 hours, which definitely isn't an issue. You use an iPad to order and the food comes out SO quick, there is zero stalling on their part. The key is not fill up on super filling rolls and focus on the sashimi nigiri!! Ate an insane amount of tuna and salmon nigiri. I was so focused on eating I didn't take pictures of everything we ordered but yum! 3rd time coming here and never fails! The waiters are all so nice and welcoming too!
