Up a set of stairs and around the back of the kitchen is some of the best tempura maki I've ever had. The staff is kind and attentive, the prices are great for the area, and it's a quiet little spot away from the noise. NOT great for a big party, perfect for a lunch date.

AMAZING food and unbelievably friendly service. Small restaurant but don't think twice about it because the food and staff make it a hidden gem. We'll definitely check out again next time I'm in NYC and in the mood for authentic sushi.

Good food, varied menu, very reasonable prices for NYC and very friendly service. It is a small space with only 4 tables, but it is cozy and more than being a limitation it is a contribution to the experience. The pan-fryed gyosas are recommended.Wheelchair accessibility: Does not have wheelchair access

The food was super delicious, the fish was very fresh, the miso soup was also very delicious, the gentleman was super friendly and cute, everything was really good. The place is very small, there are about 4-5 tables and it is like the living room of an apartment, it is cozy and very authentic.

Wonderful food. This place is totally on its own in restaurants in Manhattan. It's not obvious at all you're even in the right place but the food ... makes up for everything. Hidden gem.

Good food and service. Atmosphere a bit cosy and felt they do more takeaways than sit-ins. Bento box and udon were good.
