The Killarney Rose is an absolute gem in New York! The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. From the minute we sat down, Anthony took good care of us. He worked the bar, took our order, and brought our food. He was super friendly and helpful. Even in the south, they could take a lesson from this New Yorker on hospitality. Now on to the food. We ordered the fish and chips and shepherds pie. Both were excellent. The gravy in the shepherds pie was very rich and flavorful. The pub battered cod was outstanding and honestly, the fries were even great. Just a warning, no parking and you have to walk under scaffolds ( in August 2025) to get here. Great tavern in the financial district. Highly recommended.

Super rude bartender. Save your money and go elsewhere the vibe isn’t all that either and drinks are average. Was waiting for a friend here and getting a drink was impossible. It wasn’t even busy. And then the bartender was so rude.

The bartender was so rude. She cute me off after two drinks. She was the rudest person ever. Even after I tipped $50. Please do not come here ! She’s so rude she has me escorted out after smoking a cigarette!!
