I love cocktails, and the servers were personable. Nothing pretentious. They focus on service and taste! Our food was excellent and the drinks were even better. It's a pleasant experience.

Soy butter bigoli - nice flavour and texture. Mushrooms were nice. Not an overly complex dish. Had a similar taste and feel to instant noodles.
Soba noodles with salmon - lacked any nice extraordinary flavour. Simple dish.
Overall, the ideas of these dishes here were quite unique. The execution was underwhelming for me, but maybe I set my expectations too high. Though, I don’t know if the food was exceptionally good so I wish I had paid a lesser cost.
Ambiance is lovely for a date. A bit dark and could hear conversations around me.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming and had very good suggestions with regards to what to order. The food was incredible - my favorites were the arancini, truffle carbonara and eggplant katsku. The drinks were insanely good as well - you could see how much effort went into the ingredients. We were way too full for dessert but we definitely plan on going back
Vegetarian options: Just ask the waiter - as non vegetarians we loved the veggie dishes the most

I had an incredible dining experience at Kimika! The Japanese-Italian fusion dishes were bursting with umami in every bite. We enjoyed the uni toast, Hamachi collar, Uni pasta, scallops, arancini, and the matcha mochi French toast—everything was perfect!
