You people are getting from bad to worst. This is the second time I’ve order and when the uber driver arrives you cancel the order instead of calling to ask if I wanted something else like you usually do. Disgusting service! Do better, people are paying for the food! Is not free.

They took forever with food. And Besides them forgetting my side order. There was no plantains in any of my order and no gravy on rice. And stingy with meat with a large order. This place fell off bad. Never again get my money.

I order from uber and pick up most of the time..... but today was soo damned poor! Poor service, dried pasta, no gloves, two measly oxtails for a Rasta pasta. Yall gotta do better on 2515 7th ave. Just look at this shit!!

The servers here swear they are doing US a service giving FREE food. One of the nastiest employees I HAVE ever encountered. 10/2/2025 I went in for breakfast , the lady behind the counter stared at the customers who were in line with so much DISGUST, kept complaining she worked last night and seems as if us being on line was irritating her. Kept talking over the food, laughing and chatting while we waited on line, not caring at all about going faster so we could leave. I asked her a simple question about prices, she threw my bag of food in the box AFTER I paid already and brushed me off like NOTHINGGGGGGG!!! I've been here like 3 times but my GOD they are FILTHY rude and the portions ridiculously small. Never ever felt so insulted in any food establishment just for asking a question. Nasty nasty workers

The level of professionalism is quite lacking; the employee treats the situation as if it were a joke, joking around with the food and making faces. They don't know how to interact appropriately with customers and seem to expect that we should shout to place our orders. I sat there and waited while two people cut in front of me, and they appeared completely unconcerned. To many people in Harlem say the same about them. I will definitely write to their corporate headquarters with a complaint.

By far the rudest worker I've ever met. I come her often and order the jerk chicken. They didn't have any available so I asked for baked chicken, not only did the young lady get my order wrong but she gave me such attitude from the start of taking my order. Gave me stank look and when I asked for jerk gravy on my rice, she purposely ignored me. I asked again and she gave me such an attitude about it saying I need to ask before (which I did numerous times but she ignored me). Not only that I watched another worker ASK a man if he want gravy on his food, but it's a problem when I ask?! The worst part is when I got home and realized she purposely put BBQ sauce instead of the jerk sauce. What ann envious women.. A waste of my time and money. I will never come back again.

This had to be the nasstiest food I’ve ever had from a Jamaican restaurant. The cook should be ashamed. It it honestly quite disrespectful to even be serving that. $21 for the worst oxtail & rice & peas Ive ever come across. Idk how you mess up rice & peas.

I ordered curry goat, cabbage, and rice and peas. I’m not sure what this meat is. But it’s like they slopped me like a pig. It’s like some animal skin and lima beans. I did not ask for this.

Don’t order food from this restaurant online because they always send awful food. Ordered a medium oxtail pasta that was absolute garbage. 10 noodles and a container full of cheese. Beef patty dough was still raw. I only have a good experience when I pick up in person.

Online website states that they have buy one get one promotions, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEM. I called the establishment and the staff was extremely rude knowing this is illegal false advertising.

I catch then around 12 noon cause the food is alway fresh then... I have came later in the day and the food was not the freshest at that time.. cone early for Best results... for $6 it can't be beat.. I always get some type of chicken.. but lately I tried the turkey which was really good
