The food here isn't bad but the staff is incredibly rude.. The old man that works there is incompetent and very nasty... Then they don't honor the special like the other locations.. I highly recommend the 8th Ave location especially when Deb is there. She's amazing

Definitely worth stopping in. The $6 plates can't be beat and the portions can feed 2 people. I got the jerk chicken and the brown stew chicken. It was bussin!!! Will be back again!

Just had their $6 curry chicken and that price for that size can't be best. Remember this is the city and for reference there's a pizza shop around the corner and 1 slice of sausage pizza was $6.75 and this place gives you a meal for $6. Food was decent, could use more spice imo.

The food there is fresh and tasteful. The price for the amount of food they give you is great. They open late they open early. As soon as you step in you can smell the food. It's very tasty.its right on the avenue and very convenient to get to. If you live near 135th st.you are lucky cause you can just walk right up the street.

Absolutely loved it but my husband went in to order multiple orders for the family we have a big family he’s very humble and calm but the customer service was not that great it seemed as tho him ordering so much may have been overwhelming and annoyed the young lady working there and that alone made him never want to eat there again I feel as if someone comes to support your business no matter how much orders there were you should always treat paying customers supporting your business with pleasant respect and that’s the only dislike we have how ever as far as the food I ate it was absolutely delicious just need better customer service! Hope this review helps GO GET THAT FOOD! Don’t WALK RUN!!!! Despite the rudeness lol
