Great pancakes and french toast options. Recommend bringing your own maple syrup as their's is watery and can create an underwhelming experience
Great spot for breakfast, coffee, pastries and brunch. Can reserve on OpenTable which is not a bad idea on weekends. Can accommodate groups up to 6 but perfect for 2-4 people. 10% off if you pay with cash, which is pretty great. Prices are reasonable. Great omelettes, chili, fried chicken and their Mac and cheese is rich & delicious. Honestly all of the sandwiches have been great. Breakfast often come with a delicious flaky biscuit. Wait staff has always been attentive and helpful with service prompt
Absolutely incredible omelette. Their home made turkey sausage was extraordinary. Lovely staff as well. A serendipitous find, highly recommended.
Amazing food. Like simply amazing. Delicious amazing food! You have to go. Take everyone. Full party for the best breakfast. Get the pancakes for the divine strawberry butter.
Food and service were great! Had the French toast and mimosas. The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because the "pitcher" of mimosas was really a large mason jar which is misleading. Also, the pancake syrup was a really thin texture and the taste was diluted like it had been watered down.
The atmosphere was great, I ordered fried chicken and waffles . The waffles were disappointing they were too soft, the waffle with chicken need to be crispy!! Although the fried chicken was great.
For a great, home-cooked, down-south breakfast... with lots of attention to detail... strawberry butter, peach preserves, tasty biscuits... Friendly welcome & staff. Don't miss this gem in the Harlem area. Not a "budget breakfast" but worth spending a few extra dollars!
Really delicious home-cooked type of meals. Everything we tried here from the peach iced tea (with peach purée) to the homemade salad dressing to the actual dishes was fantastic. And the service was friendly and attentive even though they were packed. Menu is impressive and varied, so we're looking forward to coming back.
Cassie our server has been a highlight of my visit to NYC. The food options are great. There's something for everyone. The price is reasonable and everything is quality. Thank you Kitchenette for such a wonderful time.
So glad that the Kitchenette brunch experience lives on at a new location. The memorable fruit compote for their homemade biscuits was as good as always. Eggs, special sausages, if you will - all a customized treat. Great brunch.

Mill shake was delicious. Food was average. Most definitely overpriced as other reviews stated. Staff were gracious. Service was quick. Probably wouldn't go back given the cost to deliciousness ratio.
This place was very crowded when I arrived. We had the first sandwich on the menu, and a fried chicken with Mac and Cheese.
I have been here a few times just do to the convenience of being nearby, so I can fairly say this review is consistent with all my visits. The food is no good. I have suggested improvements to them, but yet I get served the same poor quality eats. It is also insanely overpriced, even for NYC. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy with a coffee at Kitchenette: $30. Same meal at home: $6
It has good food. But the place is a bit congested. I feel as though people are always brushing into you. The prices can be a bit lower for the quality you get. But the food is not bad.
The food is excellent. Rich, southern, heavy on the butter and eggs. You don't come here to lose weight. You come to fall in love with the plate.
