Purchased a short and shirt set from the Miami location in June last year. The quality is the worst. The shorts have completely frayed along the top and have giant holes in the legs. Provided pictures and credit card transactions and was told we don't have proof of purchase and they can't help. Shein is better quality don't waste your money.
Collaboration with Yoku Moku was ???

Good soft serve! The concept of mixing in your choice of cereal and another topic is fun. I ordered vanilla with Reese's puffs and cookie dough. Loved the flavor combo, the soft serve was a bit fluffier than I'm used to but overall was very good. Staff is super friendly and fun. Note Kith Treats is on the second floor of the store

I had a disappointing experience with KITH's refund policy. I purchased an item online that did not fit. KITH's refund policy doesn't offer cash refunds under any circumstances — more over, they aren't obligated to provide a reason why they don't give cash refunds. It's simply "company policy," which leads to an inferior customer experience compared to other brands. Consider this... Customers can't try on clothes to ensure a proper fit when shopping online [Right?]. This issue is especially concerning for items that are ONLY available online [Online Exclusive]. Most retailers understand this and offer full refunds to accommodate their customers. So why does KITH insist on keeping your money for close you can't possible see or touch before you get it? This policy, which is not fair or reasonable, is simply unjustified. On the note of "customer service"... They have an automated chatbot and an email service that only responds around 4AM. I suspect that KITH is farming out their customer service to another company outside of the US.
It's basically fancy McFlurry's. Don't bother trying to decide between the pre-set combos--the ingredients are all just ground into the soft serve until they're a tasty, unrecognizable slurry.
For the record, we got The Fiegster and The Snark. #AllTasteSame, but in a good way. That's $9 ice-cream for ya.

Kith Treats is on the second floor of the Kith store - a nice stop to recharge after some shopping. The bowls are from $9-12 and an absolute treat. They have dairy free options made from coconut as well.

I didn't expect much because it was inside Kith, but I would honestly come again just for the ice cream. A ton of options of toppings/mix to choose from (even though I like mine simple). It tasted so good! Not extremely sweet, nor milky, or too watery of a soft serve. Just make sure you finish inside of the ice cream shop perimeter since you can't take it out or take it out with you before you leave.

Definitely a must-see and try if you’ve never tried it. Their creations are way better than anything you’d come up with so go with that. They really blend up the cereal at this location so the ice cream does over power it. Great spot to take a break and definitely a cool concept.

I honestly come here like once a week. It’s my favorite type of ice cream. Mix in as many cereals as you want.
Once you get ice cream you won’t be able to walk the store to protect the clothing, so make sure to plan accordingly.
But don’t worry the ice cream is a little slice of heaven.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his cup of ice cream. Kith Treats is located on the second floor...simply take the elevator up. He ordered the Vanilla with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal mixed in. He devoured it(which you have to do there...it can not leave that area). And he wants to go back already. ?

I had no idea this existed. Who knew a designer store could pull off some amazing treats. This is an amazing spot to go to. Great vibe of the store and even better treats. You can never go wrong with cereal and toppings for a shake. Great concept and great options. Very diverse and have cereals that are reminiscent of my childhood. This will make my top list for sure.
