The ice cream is amazing but the staff in this location is disappointing. I’m pregnant and arrived at 8:50pm, stood outside for 10 minutes and watched the staff make ice cream after ice cream and then at 9 PM exactly they told me they were closed at 9pm. If it were my business, I would’ve served the last two people who had been waiting outside for 10 minutes. He literally only had to make two more ice cream cups before closing up…
Love this location 5/5 stars! My favorite is Kiki- she is truly one of a kind! Every time I visit, she greets me with the warmest smile and makes me feel like family. Her energy is contagious—she lights up the entire room and makes the whole experience so enjoyable. Kiki doesn’t just provide great service, she goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of and that you leave happier than when you came in. She is the definition of outstanding customer service...
TLDR: The revamped KITH store in SoHo now has Treats on the ground floor which means you don't need to take the stairs or elevator for some cold sweet goodness. Wifey is our tried/true order.
