The website does not work most of the time. Can't spend hours trying to order delivery on their website!!

Service is so slow and no napkins provided
KOBA Korean BBQ is delicious but their delivery process is horrendous. For the second time in a row I ordered lunch to be delivered and it was over an hour past the time they gave me for delivery.
The person who answered the phone kept telling me it would be 15 more minutes.
The lack of information and reliability is very frustrating and I don't think I would ever order from this place again.
I can't speak to their in-person dining, and the food does taste great but probably only go if you can dine in.

I love the lunchbox but my order came badly today. Please remember to seal the boxes securely in the future.
Their side kimchi is awesome too. Pretty decent good flavor will come back again for a quick fix.
Had their side chapjae , 2xsoup, purple rice & kimchi. Approx $21. Cash payment 10% disc .

I was impressed to be able to eat trendy Korean food in a hotel room at New York City. I serched korean food near Rockefeller Center and i found this place. I walked there and ordered for togo. There were kiosk to make order. I added pork belly to the seasoned rib grilled ssambap. The seasoned ribs were okay, but the pork belly was a bit hard and difficult to chew. The ssamjang was delicious and the vegetables were fresh, but it was disappointing that it contained rotten peppers. Overall it was good with reasonable price.

The food was great, but is it normal for them to ask for an ID when picking up an online order?

I don’t usually give bad reviews. I ordered kimchi fried rice with spicy chicken and not only it doesn’t taste good but the chicken was also burnt which I couldn’t eat at all.

Tastes good but got food poisoning
Blagh. I went here on a whim, but I won't go here again. I got the Bi bim bop bowl with tofu. Both the tofu and egg were cold and the overall taste is super blagh bordering on gross. Lots of food, but now looking at reviews, I see some people are reporting food poisoning, so I am now going to eat as little as possible without having to buy another meal. Tomorrow I will go somewhere else!

First of all, boss? The staff is so friendly, and most of all, the food tastes great and the amount is amazing!!
I was so full that I had leftovers, and the meat piled up like a mountain. The taste is the same or even better than what you get in Korea!!!!!!! I definitely recommend it to Koreans!!!❤️

Food is super super super delicious, and the staff are really really nice. Most importantly, the price is very affordable! I’m up for this restaurant. I strongly recommend all New Yorkers should come and enjoy Korean food.
