A Japanese food chain that serves quick meals at a decent price. Wouldn’t consider it fully authentic, but does a decent job

Always good. Everything on the menu is pretty tasty.
Best place to eat at lunchtime. Everything in the menu is just so yum ?
We needed a quick place to grab a bite to eat before a Broadway show, and this place was a quiet little gem that hit the mark. It's restaurant quality food at fast food convenience, and it was a casual spot while still getting pretty homey.Would definitely come back again.

Went with my friend and we ordered a shrimp bowl with the Kobeyaki burger. The bowl was great and the burger was tall but honestly the portioning is not good. We were still pretty hungry afterwards. I wouldn’t say you get your moneys worth especially with the burger. It was $9 for something a kid could finish no problem.

No soap in bathrooms and the chefs walked out and cooked our food. The staff wouldn’t service the restrooms after being told. Worse the food tasted rotten lol. Miss this

Had to re-order the same meal for a second time and it was still wrong. I asked for a meal with no meat and was lied to when asked about it. I asked for a meal with just chicken and was not told that the chicken would be extra. I asked to fix it with absolutely no meat and was given a meal with fish cake, tempura, tripe. It can’t be hard to serve a meal with NO meat.

This place is a little gem in the area. I ordered the ramen noodle soup and sweet potato fries both of which were excellent!! I would definitely go back for the ramen! The ambience is chill. It's not restaurant style seating or service, fyi.

Really great quick and delicious japanese food. I got the udon stir fry and tempura sweet potato fries. The location is modern and large for plenty of seating. Sometimes, it gets busy, but the service is very quick. Great price for the central Time Square location.
Vegetarian options: Veggie options for all dishes.
Kid-friendliness: There is a child seat available and plenty of seating to match.

The Tuna Tataki salad with ginger dressing and cinnamon bun with black sesame icing are two of the most tasty things I've eaten in NYC - absolutely delicious
Good for a quick Japanese bite to eat. Enjoyed the Soft shell crab bun and spicy tuna bun. The spicy tuna roll is also pretty decent sized, but a bit expensive.

This restaurant seems to consistently let me down. I stopped ordering for a while and decided to try again today and no epic fail. How do you serve a salad no matter the size with NO dressing.
We really liked the food here. It is a little easy to miss when looking for it. It is right next door to The Courtyard by Marriott. If you want cheap eats near Time Square, this is the place. Try the tempura sweet potato fries.
