My kids are the real ramen 🍜 critics. The noodles were amazing. Unique. Not plain. The broth (shoyu ramen) was rich and still pleasant, mildly smoky & fully umami. Eggs were perfect. Pork was thick and juicy. Bamboo shoots were fresh. SO ONO! 🤤
We recommended Kogane Ramen to our local friends who live here and have never been.

Their ramen is out of this world!! Many choices available as well. They also have a great list of appetizers- the gyozas were super good. The staff is very friendly and it’s beautifully decorated. I don’t believe they had public restrooms so just fyi. I would recommend eating here!

I loved my experience here. Truly a hidden gem, it took them some time to get the meal ready, however; they were very accommodating for such short notice. I originally wanted to sit down then decided to take out they offered me a seat and water while I waited. Although the food was a little greasy the waitress was very kind .The ambiance and aesthetic truly makes it worth visiting.

This is one of the best ramen restaurants in Manhattan. The atmosphere is very Japanese, as is the artwork on the walls. I love it. I ordered the Red Tonkotsu Ramen, and my husband ordered the Spicy Miso. Both are excellent, and the taste is a 10 out of 10. Ploy our server, was really nice and attentive. She gave great suggestions for ramen! I highly recommend this place.
