My kids are the real ramen 🍜 critics.
The noodles were amazing. Unique. Not plain. The broth (shoyu ramen) was rich and still pleasant, mildly smoky & fully umami.
Eggs were perfect. Pork was thick and juicy.
Bamboo shoots were fresh. SO ONO! 🤤

We recommended Kogane Ramen to our local friends who live here and have never been.

Their ramen is out of this world!! Many choices available as well. They also have a great list of appetizers- the gyozas were super good. The staff is very friendly and it’s beautifully decorated. I don’t believe they had public restrooms so just fyi. I would recommend eating here!

I loved my experience here. Truly a hidden gem, it took them some time to get the meal ready, however; they were very accommodating for such short notice. I originally wanted to sit down then decided to take out they offered me a seat and water while I waited. Although the food was a little greasy the waitress was very kind .The ambiance and aesthetic truly makes it worth visiting.
