Food and selection was great, many different dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

Ramen okay but service really bad…

20 bucks for veggie ramen? Y'all KU-KU

The dining experience was somewhat disappointing, as the meal had the potential to shine but fell a bit short.

The karaage fried chicken appetizer was a highlight, freshly fried and paired excellently with a zesty lemon wedge and spicy mayo, creating a nice balance of flavors. However, the gyoza was underwhelming, with an inconsistent sear on the bottom, and a filling that felt like it was just frozen gyoza from a packet.

The ramen broth, while savory, lacked depth and complexity, leaving me questioning whether it was truly homemade. Additionally, the broth was overly thick, verging on tsukemen territory. The noodles had a nice al dente texture, which was a redeeming factor.

Unfortunately, the grilled pork was served lukewarm, missing the mark on temperature and flavor. I’d suggest flash-grilling the pork to order to ensure it’s heated through and infused with a flavorful char. Overall, with some refinements, this meal could reach its full potential.

Not authentic at all. Noodles were overcooked, which made the broth super thick plus the broth had no flavor.

Absolutely fantastic ramen place. Ramens are always so good. Especially the spicy ones. Also they have a pretty decent beer selection. Definitely worth a stop.

This was an amazing experience. One of ramen i have ever tasted. Broth was very balanced with lots of flavor. The tonkatsu was very good. The service was good, very polite waitress. Reasonable price. 10/10.

This is not a Japanese Ramen, using wrong noodles, hard pork, terrible experience, don’t know why it got 4.7 rating. Definitely is the worst Ramen we ever had in this years. My son said probably Korean runs.

One of the best ramens I’ve had is their tempura ramen. They also have tofu dishes and other appetizers which makes it a great place for vegans

I’ve come here twice to make sure I gave it a fair shot but it’s just a really mid ramen place. The miso broth is near-flavorless and it’s ground chicken it chunky and unappetizing. The tonkotsu also just not live up to other tonkotsu broth in the city. Don’t let the high rating fool you.

Really enjoyed this ramen spot in Hell’s Kitchen! The atmosphere feels so authentic, like a little piece of Japan—I’ve never been 😅, but it really gave me that vibe. I had the pork ramen, and while the broth was a bit salty for me, it was still super tasty. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The atmosphere and service were very good. What I ate was salt ramen, but the taste of the ramen was very bad.The soup itself had some flavor, but it didn't stick to the noodles, so it was just a little spicy, and there was no mention of spicy on the menu. I was a little surprised. Although the name sounds Japanese, it is clearly run by foreigners. Please be careful not to be deceived.
