I ordered on DoorDash, and WOW -- great, efficient delivery in less than the estimated time. The fried shrimp empanadas were amazing as was the penne alla vodka with shrimp -- ten LARGE shrimp over perfectly cooked al dente pasta and an amazing sauce! Highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately, this restaurant is losing many customers due to its poor service. I ordered a pasta and they sent me a hash as if it were for a child. This is unacceptable, this is the second time the same thing has happened to me. I will never consume anything from this restaurant again.

Because it's not the first time it's happened to me here in this place.You order rice, maduros, vacalao and soda (all the food is separated and the order arrives all together, without maduros and soda. Aaa but they send you the bill as if the order is correct.You call to complain and they insult you with an attitude typical of uneducated Dominican waitresses, they tell you that no one can come and take the arranged order so you can go down if you want.After you pay and give a tip to the one who brought your food wrong.I show up in person to claim and the same woman who spoke badly to me on the phone I find her laughing speaking ill of my claim or SHE BELIEVES THAT YOU CANNOT CLAIM IN THE USA.If for you who are reading and want to know who she is, she is a dark-haired woman with blonde dyed hair on the 3 pm shift today, Friday, September 10, mocking and unpleasant.Where she expressed to me with a mocking tone that I continue my complaint would not change anything.What does have to change is that everyone who wants to eat here will think about it a thousand times since these women are serving very badly for being aware of everything except their work. And I went down to have my food fixed and not even out of courtesy did they leave me the change as is NOOOO !! According to them they charged me $6 more ??DESPRESIABLE PLACE AND DESPRESIABLE SERVICE. First things first, they be drunk in this store packaging orders and making food. There were SEVERAL times that I ordered RED SNAPPER fish for $16 and they gave me some fish that I can't identify but it definitely wasn't a red snapper that I spent my money on expecting. They send whatever they want or have. Whenever you call, they NEVER speak English. The lady screams 'NO ENGLISH' and hangs up the phone. Mad RUDE! Last night was my last straw, I ordered food an HOUR AND 30 MINS before closing on their app (don't order on there btw) and food NEVER CAME!!! I called to see at 10:25 since I knew they closed at 11:00, and they said no one spoke English and that the store was closed. We kept calling and she kept hanging up. Mindful that as we talk, I hear maaaad laughter and music in the back, but they closed? I had to walk over there and DEMAND my refund cause they played. I am neverrrr ordering from there again.
