Food tastes good more when the owner is there. When he makes it, you will get real taste. Otherwise, if someone else makes rolls and fries, you will see the difference. It's not bad, but it's not the same taste. The owner has the magic hands.

Popped in today and was told that their plant-based chicken wrap wasn't actually vegan but only vegetarian, this seemed pretty misleading to me.

When we asked if they could make the wrap vegan, they refused, so we couldn't eat there at all—hence the one star review.

Overall, it's good. For my pakistanis: this is a basically a puri, wrapped in either chicken or beef you find from street vendors in Karachi. The diesel fries are just basic fries with Chaat Masala

However, the price does not justify the quantity. It is a small snack/lunch roll. For $6.50, it is well over priced. Go to a halal cart nearby and you'll get a filling meal there.

Ambiance - clean and minimal.

I'm so happy I stopped in here. I ordered the chicken & vegetarian chicken roll as well as the French fries. I wish I had ordered more. It was so delicious. Everything was made quick, fresh, and tasted high quality. The vegetarian roll blew my mind. It tasted like real chicken. The seasoning on the fries was fabulous ?. I loved dipping everything into the maple syrup.

It’s hard to find good Pakistani food in NYC and in the US in general. I was delighted to discover this place dishing out Pakistani street food that absolutely slaps.

They have a very simple menu, and pretty basic atmosphere. Pretty good prices too. For one person, I’d recommend getting two rolls or a roll and fries (It’s pretty hard to just eat one of them). If I lived in NY, my freezer would probably be full of them.

A friend and I split a beef roll and a chicken roll at the beginning of a food crawl. We loved both, but preferred the beef - so much flavor and savoriness. Didn’t manage a picture because it was dark and rainy where we ate. Couldn’t possibly imagine how much more satisfying it would be late night.

I’ve eaten a lot of plant-based chicken in my time but I’m an omnivore, so believe me when I say this plant-based chicken was just about the best I’ve ever had.

I challenge you to give a friend one and if they weren’t told it’s not actual chicken they wouldn’t have a doubt.

I think it’s because it’s sliced thin and the edges were so crispy. And the flavor was quite exquisite.

It was my last night in NYC so I only had one roll so I can have room for other things. If not I think I would need something else too. It was a small roll. But the price was not too bad for NYC. If I lived in the neighborhood I’d be back often.

Loved the simple menu here. We tried all rolls and their Diesel fries. They were all great and our favorite was the beef roll. It reminded us of the streets of Karachi and had that same authentic taste. The staff was super friendy

Went there at 11:45pm all the way from queens to get food. Was denied. Can’t give you food for takeaway. The close time is 12 but they can’t give food 15 min before closing.

If you are in the east village, you like fries and you want a quick meal, you should definitely stop by here. The fries are great!!! I also ordered a chicken roll - be careful, it's spicy!!! The place is small, but you can eat on the spot. I recommend it and enjoy your meal!!!!
