Incredible place with a great attention. You may have to wait a little to order your bagel but once you’re inside it’s quick. The food is amazing, I ordered the BLT bagel and it was really really good. I recommend ordering the orange juice, one of the best.

The new Kossar’s owner has modified the recipe and switched to electric convection ovens. The Bialy are just terrible. Somehow tough and rubbery just a hour out of the ovens. Just completely distinct from the original Kossar’s recipe. Grocery store bialy would beat these in a blind taste test any day. How tragic. Don’t be deceived by the heritage of the name. These are junk with a nice label.

Busy in the am, but the line goes fast. Great menu options, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It had great flavor! It was very filling.
Nice, clean and plenty of seating.

Parking: It’s definitely a walk up.
