I came in Tuesday around 6:30.. We literally were seated & sat at the table for 1 whole hour with no service. There was no food or drinks at any table in our sight. Everyone was sitting around waiting. Asked the girl at the front with the blue hair twice when someone would come over she said “shortly”.. around the 50min mark, 1 waiter came & took 1 tables order then disappeared. People were complaining loudly. The bathroom was DISGUSTING! I was really looking forward to trying you guys out again since I’ve only been once since opening. I’ve been to the ATL location numerous times & was so highly disappointed with my experience Tuesday. We just got up & left after sitting for 1 hour with not even water or a greeting/acknowledgment at the table. I am saddened we drove 45 mins for nothing…..

Went for a friend's birthday. 6 peopleFrozen drinks were not frozen....all liquid. Machine was broken....had the nerve to offer free if you purchased a drink....I had the fried crab and shrimp with chips....crab legs were dry,shrimp had a batter that left an aftertaste in the mouth. YUCK. no utensils on the table had to ask for them TWICE before someone ELSE got them,Plastic was given.....booth behind us was being built,I'm talking glue guns and materials left around for customers to see. Had to pay before service, not a problem,but the 20% gratuity added first is the problem. That guarantees BAD SERVICE. Had to wait for refund of the NON FROZEN DRINKS and staff couldn't find anyone with 3 dollars to make change...in a restaurant with a cash register.....UNBELIEVABLY. would have given NO STARS but the DJ was nice, played good music and was interacting with the crowd. Saw some other bad reviews and tried to see for myself....believe the reviews....save your money. Will NEVER go back there again....

CALL FIRST! First, the gates were closed well after 4pm. They were fresh out of Lobster as per the waitress & we were the first people seated when they finally opened. We had to ask several times for the rolls & condiments. The waitress didn't check in without being called, but I guess when you get the gratuity up front, who cares. Also, the staff was drilling/breaking down tables because they are relocating. The ambiance was anything but peaceful.

Everything here was terrible I would never ever ever return to 5hia dump they should've never closed olive garden for this nonsense,the waiter was rude,they didn't have nothing I wanted so had to change my order,you gotta pay before you get your food which I've never heard of before ,the drinks came in milk cartons and tasted like snow cones not liquor,please please please don't come here its a waste of time ,energy, and your hard earned money????????????????

First off I don't like there waiter, the light skin zesty looking guy with the beard and bald head. He didn't provide no customer service, I asked for fish and fries and he tells me there's no fish so I asked for a chicken sandwich and then he tells me no sandwiches then turns his face away. While I'm sitting there stuck. I'm like, so what you have? he gives me a quick annoyed response. Then I had to wait for 20mins just for FRIES! I couldn't leave because you have to pay before you get your food ? I'm never coming back.

The first few times I came to krab queenz it was good... food,drinks & music... not anymore I was there on Saturday and the food taste old, it seems like the drinks had NO liquor in it and no dj smh..this restaurant was my to go spot... NOT anymore it went down hill...
this place is the worst, they were supposed to open @ 4pm we're out there waiting for a half hour finally the staff shows up. Then they sat us at a dirty table that wasn't cleaned the night before. We waited for over 45 minutes to get our food, when I decided to ask "what's taking so long" my waiter said oh I'm sorry I'll give you a free drink it was supposed to have liquor in it. It didn't just a rainbow punch. I will not be going back. On top of all that you have to pay before you get your food and a $10 gratuity is all ready added

While ordering drinks they didn’t have most of the things on the menu. You have to pay for you entire meal up front 20 percent gratuity no matter the service. The snow crab legs small and cold the shrimp over cooked, corn and potatoes were okay. The drinks watered down no alcohol in it. Wouldn’t recommend.
