The attitude of the employees at this location are so unprofessional. The cashier didn't ask me to come up when it was my turn, he just stood there and stared at me. When it was time to pay, he just pointed at the credit card terminal. It was like buying a donut from a guy who hated my guts. I was so uncomfortable by getting the silent treatment that I will never go back to this location. I understand retail can be tough, especially in the city but this overt rudeness is too much for me to deal with and now I just won't go back.

I placed an online order, In store pickup later received an email that my order was confirmed. The store says it closes at 8 I got there at 7 and when I get there, no one was there. Someone at the other kiosk told me that the guy who is usually there closes up early and to call and dispute the charge. Super unprofessional and an inconvenience.

We came for the national donut day and the employee refused to give us anything even though it was still 7:30 and they clearly had glazed donuts left His attitude was horrible as well. Incredible rude!
In honor of National Coffee Day, I went to Krispy Kreme to pick up a free medium coffee and doughnut. The employee told everybody on line they would not honor the free promotion. The employee was unemotional and unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere.
