I don’t know what kind of customer service establishment you’re running here. I worked in retail all my life when there’s a time to close you close at that particular time. There were two gentleman who apparently said they close at 9:40, I came in around 9:45 and apparently they were closed already. I asked how you close 20 minutes before your posted time and he said that’s what it is, “I know what it says online but that’s we close at 9:40.” I saw the doughnuts still there and I asked to just help me out since you’re supposed to close at 10pm, and he said no there’s nothing I can do because I turned off the register already. So if you’re closing at 9:40 please close at 9:40 or close at the time that’s posted.
the black worker was so rude, hostile, and dismissive. felt really unwelcomed here from the moment we walked in. wouldn’t recommend going to this location
The service sucks! Ordered on uber eats , went to pick up , had someone on the side just standing i showed here my pickup order and she just refused to respond. I asked her again and she accused me of skipping the line. I asked her if the policy is to join the line to order even if you have a pickup order and she just ignored me. If this is the policy then this store shouldnt be on uber eats. I never had this experience in any other krispy kreme locations.
I went to this place with my 5 year old daughter and she was choosing what flavor she wanted but the boy and girl had a very bad attitude and were talking to each other about how they hated this job for this reason referring to my daughter without knowing that I understood what they were talking about. A very bad experience and a very bad time.
Love their donuts but they are extremely expensive. I remember when I was in NC they were only 7.99 a dozen.
Very good Donuts.
Located street level, right next to Gong Cha. Quick service, light donuts.
Small location inside the Fulton center. Was fairly empty when I went on a Sunday morning. The staff was friendly enough. You know what to expect from Krispy Kreme. Delicious as always although not as fresh as other locations. Give them a try!

Placed pick up order via exciters fr a work event. Very easy. Picked up 72 donuts. The inputs were great and the Grinch decorations were awesome. They ran out of green for the full grinch face don’t but they were still a hit with clients and staff!
#1: Their coffee machine or something doesn’t work so you can’t get any drinks there, I have no idea if they fixed it or not but it has been that way for a long time.
#2: I came here to redeem a promotion from the app and the lady at the counter said the promotion machine was broken for 2 weeks (WTF?).
Unfortunately this is the only Krispy Kreme around the FiDi area, donuts are good (too sugary tho), and the service decent. The problem is the management and owner of this spot.

Without a doubt the donuts that I like the most without a doubt, this store is small but they do have them quite fresh throughout the day

Not so fresh donuts. Staff were not kind or friendly. No seating areas.
I like Krispy Kreme donuts but they're
sugar bombs. And sugar bombs served by unprofessionals is always a bad idea!! I mean does buying a donut after a long work day comes with an attitude? If they don't want to work, why should that impact the customer service?!
