I went in late and was checked out by Akino! At the end of the day in a busy city I was fully expecting an exhausted staff member (who could blame them) but Akino was so lively and funny! She joked with us and was incredibly friendly! We already knew we liked the doughnuts, but she made the experience so much better :) 10/10

There's a lot of hype for these donuts. They are rich but nothing out of this world. The tastiest thing is the cinnamon roll and the classic donut. Many flavors and options. To visit once and that's it. Friendly staff and the store itself is cool.

Thank goodness we didn't stand in line, throughout the week people were waiting at the door to eat some more than normal donuts, we didn't even try the big apple special because it looked bad, the service was poor, the guy who was supposed to help us He had to attend when we were in front, he turned around and left without saying a word. The donuts, without further ado, were tender but nothing worth waiting more than a couple of minutes for them. The place is not very clean and very shabby, it is no excuse that it is in Times Square.

Does that older security man still work there? I went to krispy kreme to use the restroom, I bought a donut to get the access code. So when I went to the washroom the weird security guy kept yelling at me through the door that there was no water. There was a water and everything was fine. Then when I came out he started lecturing me about washing my hands and called us nasty. He pissed me off and he was very disrespectful and crossing boundaries.

As an absolutely sucker for Krispy Kreme, this is like heaven right here. Long line but that is as expected. Great doughnuts per usual.
