Went to this location around 8pm. Place was cleaned, products were fresh, doughnuts were delish as always, but the fact that they were fresh made me appreciate the place more. The server deserves recognition! Give this guy a raise!

The staff is always professional and courteous and patient no matter how busy they are. The people who make the donuts have a clean appearance which is important to me having OCD and they’re making the donuts fresh on the premises. Also their business hours are awesome!

It was cold outside 20 something I was waiting for the soul food place around the corner to open on st. Nick manna's I went into Krispy to escape the cold figured I'll get some coffee I don't do hot coffee I like cold coffee seen they had hot coco I got a small cup and three donuts that came to almost $13 dollars I was shock put the donuts in my back pack sipped on the hot coco it was very good sat down and watched people walk back and forth it was now time for manna's to open up I left for manna's came back to Krispy for a large coco seen the female behind the counter replacing the old milk with new for the fancy coco machine that stuff is so good new place to go just for a few cups of hot coco

Second time this location has lied said they didn’t have a promotional free item so I won’t be returning to Krispy Kreme in any capacity. The first time the manager lied saying they were out of the free dozen at 6:35am when the location open at 6…no way they gave out 500 dozen that fast. That location doesn’t even do that type of traffic. Tonight they have trays of the valentines donuts that was bogo but somehow didn’t have any more free donuts. Again I see your register dipping scam and I hope corporate takes action and fires you.

If I ever have a choice between Krispy Kreme and any other doughnut shop, it's Krispy Kreme hands down. If I have leftover doughnuts, they remain soft and edible for days after! Not to mention a stark improvement with the coffee over the past year. What was once watered down piss water is now good coffee!

Ivana and Vern were absolutely fantastic. I came in after having dinner with my close friend and they gave me the best service ever. I could not believe I was in a donut shop more like a five star restaurant the way I was treated, they gave me all the flavors of the donuts, as well as each and every ingredient. It was such a great experience, very warm, welcoming, and even loving at the same time. This is the donut shop you should come to because it is the quintessential experience of what New York gives and that’s why they did such a great job. Thank you so much Ivanna and Vern. Hope to see you soon. These donuts were amazing by the way. :)
It's only a matter of time before they are closed on 125th st again...they don't make fresh donuts anymore they get them delivered.... and the donuts are sitting around all day. Who wants that why would I even buy at this point.. all that equipment in store not to use it...I won't even bother going

Today on WORLD KINDNESS DAY this Krispy Kreme location showed no kindness!!! It lied to customers who came to this store to receive a dozen free glazed donuts as part of Krispy Kreme's promotion and were told that the 500 boxes had already been given out within the 2 hours that they were open! Instead each person was given 1 glazed donut along with the lie!! My intention was to get the donuts and give them to my granddaughter's class as a surprise but I guess the surprise was on me! Krispy Kreme WILL NEVER get another dime from me or my family. Love the product....hate the behavior !!!!
