Trust me, I LOVE Krispy Kreme. Best donuts ever. But if you want donuts get them from a different KK location or their flagship location because this one sucks. The staff look immature and I swear they’re always high when I walk in, it reeks of cannabis. I’d rather not have my donuts with cannabis particles, thank you very much. Also, when I ordered online (for the swim team, of course) and went to pick up my donuts, nobody could get my order right and I ended up going to the Dunkin next to my apartment where there’s this really nice man who gives me free munchkins sometimes (at night, just when the store closes, he’ll sell me two dozen for the price of one!!) :)All in all, I think if the staff were replaced with more competent people this place would be MUCH better. Donuts are phenomenal though!

It’s doughnuts. What’s not to love? Krispy Kreme is reliable but there is nothing like warm doughnuts. If they were baked on premise I think I could give 5 stars. But they are reliant on a driver who, in my experience, showed up late so I showed up at 7am on a Saturday and had to wait for 30 mins. The man who helped me was very polite and apologetic. Obviously not in their control.

I went to this store today 02/17 at 1:30 pm to get one of the Act of kindness donuts. After a long line and seeing everyone getting a free donut, the 2 men working there did not give me one. They said: no, you can’t get it sorry.More than an act of kindness result in an act of discrimination.I will report this

The donuts are always great.. sometimes they don't have a lot variety.. some of the young workers are inpatient with the customers.. I can see friction with workers against worker like bossing around..

The Krispy Kreme donuts are to die for.On the other hand, for the service, it is two rooms/two atmospheres:- The first time we thought we would wake the waiter who, with difficulty, ended up serving us. If we had been able to turn off the light on the way out and close the shop, it is clear that he would have appreciated it.-Second time, barely inside the store -> direction the cash register because it was impossible to order by looking at the window, the lady put pressure on us by shouting: “HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT? HOW MUCH ? »A store that deserves the appearance of the show Undercover Boss for an express recalibration.

I went in the store a few days ago & was welcomed with a huge smile & wonderful service, I was surprised when he had told me he wasn’t a supervisor because of his professionalism & dedication, It was on point for his position, If I am not mistaking his name was Chris, I do plan on coming back with the survey that was offered & visiting often, Thank you for an amazing experience.

I say this with so much love and hope to someday change my rating. The customer service here is SO subpar. I come in semi-regular and the only good service I receive is from a young man who (if I recall correctly) wears his hair in a ponytail/long hair. There’s a young lady with curly hair and tattoos who I get a tinge of anxiety when she’s there because she seems to struggle with social awareness at the expense of the customer. She prioritizes her stories or conversations over offering service. There’ll be a line of 2-3 customers where she’ll continue speaking to one customer- looking at pictures and sharing stories which while seemingly good, can be multitasked. She often cusses and speaks very loudly in such a small space similar to another young lady.

this place is order and leave only. always running out of donuts, label in display are not accurate . too small area, only 2 customers at a time. this location is the worst. go to any location in NJ and see the difference, not even close

Don’t usually write reviews but the woman who served me at 10 am today was so rude. Kept scoffing and saying “jesus christ” if I hesitated for even a second. Unreal

Staff was amazing! Great people. Really good energy! Unfortunately the donuts.. Not so much. Overpriced. Underdelivered. I remember Krispy Kreme used to be a lot better. No way I’ll pay $25 for a dozen mediocre donuts again. Fool me once!

Staff was really rude. I was trying to use a coupon and the person kept asking me WHO? WHO gave u a donut? I was supposed to get 3 for my birthday but they yelled ONLY ONE. I tried to explain the coupon but they weren’t really listening. It felt like an

Came here twice last week hoping to get one of their Halloween donuts but they were sold out and the sales person told me they usually sell out early around 1 PM. Not sure why they stop making the Halloween donuts once they sell out everyday but they would bring in more sales if they continued making more batches of Halloween donuts throughout the day, especially since the store closes late.
