Long wait and the tostones were very hard and cold, the pork rinds stiff and dry ☹️ it doesn't look much like what they promote on the networks, the sausages were good but everything else not much. I ordered takeout and tried to eat 10 minutes after I ordered and the food was very hard. I'm quite sure it wasn't fresh. The only thing that did taste fresh was the sausage. I leave this here because it is unpleasant to have an experience of this type, especially in a place where they have very good advertising but the quality is dubious. Sorry I'm just sharing my experience.

I visited Krunchy Cueritos with high hopes, but my experience was marred by a significant and unannounced 45-minute wait. While the chicharrón was tasty, it wasn't served hot enough to suggest it had been freshly prepared. The empanadas were also good. However, the lengthy wait without any prior notice from the staff left me extremely disappointed. I hope Krunchy Cueritos can improve their service and communication to better manage customer expectations.

Very bad experience, the business should be faster, you have to wait too long for an order, I do not recommend it at all, first and last time you visited the store.

Chicharrones were ok. The empanadas were drenched in oil, so not appetizing! the batata fries were very good, Would get those again! Customer service was also good, friendly!

I went to this place tonight and the cashier had a very bad and ugly attitude not only to me but to everyone else there. When we placed the order, we were told the wait would be 30 minutes, but we waited an hour and a half to be served. When I asked about my order, they treated me with more attitude. This is not my first time here and last time I was also treated with a bad attitude. I decided to give it another chance and the service was worse than the first time. I don't think I'll go back.

Terrible service, definitely the customer service for the business demand could be a little better. I went to buy some things and they told me that it was mandatory to buy the things as the dishes came and since I am a bit picky about eating I asked that they not add vegetables and they told me that I had to buy the meals as they came and that they could not make any removal, something that seems illogical and very unprofessional to me because I asked the girl to charge me the same simply because they did not add vegetables and in the end I chose to leave the place because the girl was quite rude. TERRIBLE SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!

I order the Kruncly mofongo and the Yuka mash. It was not all that, nothing to brag about. The chicharon in the Mofongo was gummy, not crunchy and the platanos were not good either. The Yuka mash was better, but only 1 piece of cruchy chicharon, the other 3 small pieces no skin. I spent $40 with the tip, not worth it. I placed the order over the phone, took about 40 minutes to have it ready. They forgot to put my drinks in the bag, had to go back. Make sure you check your other before you leave. I recommend Elsa’s Chicharon over this place!!!

The overall experience was just okay. The food was good but the service could have been better. The lady was very disengaged and got our order wrong. The atmosphere was nice and I’m not going to knock the fact that it was a small space. They made good use of the space but I wish they had slightly larger tables for the size of plates that they bring out. The music was at a good volume since I could still carry conversations, which was nice.
I didn’t mind the wait for the food and again it was fine for the price point.
I would recommend and probably go again but for different reasons.

The food is good but the wait isn’t. Too many others spots in that area that imo are better to make the wait. It’s new so the attention is definitely worth it but I’m not waiting. I had their signature empanadas and it was just ok. Also had the Something called the Krunchy bag. That is amazing it’s a bag of crushed Doritos with chicharrón pico cheese and it’s just amazing.

The wait time here is absolutely insane.
I recently decided to try this viral chicharron place for my best friend's birthday, as she specifically requested CHICHARRON for her birthday. I placed my order online in the morning at 11:42 am, and selected a pick-up time window between 6:10 pm and 6:20 pm since I was coming straight from work. I paid up front, hoping everything would be ready when I got there.
Unfortunately, I arrived at 6:35 pm and found a line out the door. Not a huge issue, though I didn't mind initially. When I spoke to an employee to let her know I was there for a pre-ordered pickup, she asked for my name and told me to wait a few minutes. However, something felt off, and I decided to stay in line just in case. By the time it was my turn, I found out my order wasn't ready yet, despite having placed it hours earlier. I ended up waiting another 15-20 minutes.
While I was waiting, the lady behind me started chatting with me, and the employee at the register assumed we were together and skipped her when her turn came up. It was a bit awkward when the woman found out the wait for empanadas was 45 minutes! That's tough, especially when you already waited long and got your turn skipped. It seemed like they weren't quite prepared for the viral attention they had gotten, and I think they need to step up their game to handle the volume.
On the bright side, the food was fantastic! I ordered the fried pork belly, extra fried yucca, and the "La Krunchy Picada" platter, and everything was delicious. The birthday girl and everyone else at the party liked it. Despite the frustrating service experience, the food was good.
The place itself is small but beautifully decorated and the pink goes right on with the theme. I think they have a lot of potential, but if they want to keep up with the viral hype, they'll need to better manage their orders and wait times. Overall, while the service was a letdown, the food was good. I don't know if I`ll be coming back again, maybe after the hype wears off I`ll give them another try.

The worst pork rinds, the service is super terrible, I don't recommend it.
We passed by there a while ago and let's start with the service, the truth is that the person who is taking the orders, she needs to have a little more joy, she has her face like we are going to order from her and not pay , but that is why we will not return to that place. The food was between two, the tostones were old and hard, plus the salty meat was a little salty, worth the redundancy...the place is clean.

This place might be another example of a Tik Tok hype. Half of our chicharon was dry and cold, the other half juicy and hot. Our tostones were hard as if they'd been premade and then left to sit. Everything else was okay. Overall, you can say there's much better fritura places in the neighborhood.
