Ate here over the holiday and it was very mid. They were serving latke specials and everyone in my party thought they were below expectations, and didnt even taste like potato. All the other food we got was average at best, lack of robust flavors. The halloumi appetizer was in some type of spiced honey which was very offputting. The shakshuka was bland.

The service was good and ambiance of the restaurant is nice. it was a nice place to be w friends/fam for a few hours, but the food didnt hit at all.

Came here for brunch and was quite happy with the overall experience. Anything that is close to a kebab was delicious, and the kubeh itself was an interesting complement to the meal. Didn’t really think there was a stand out dish that would make me come back though.

Nice place. Labnah and pita were tasty. I liked the flavor combo of the eggplant. Avocados were still a little tough. The salad that came with the latkes did not have enough salt or acidity.
For the price i probably wouldn't come back

Had a 6:45 reservation but the restaurant is legit closed for renovations. Would have been nice if they turned off accepting reservations and actually updated Google to be temporarily closed. It’s like 20 degrees out and I had to find something quick on the spot. I’ve loved this restaurant in the past but am now afraid to eat here again as it could be randomly closed.

The restaurant has gone downhill. Our bureka was ice cold in the center. I told the waitress and she could have removed it from the bill, but didn’t. My shawarma platter was also cold, when I told her she apparently warmed it up but it was exactly the same. We ordered a side of pita for our kids and they never brought it out but it was on the check. When we told them they then brought it out for us- as we were putting on coats leaving the restaurant and obviously finished with our meal! Seems they are cutting corners by removing things like meat from the dishes (ie shashuka). When we came in May for Mother’s Day it was much better. This time the food was bland and obviously poorly prepared.

Too many other options around the corner to bother coming back.

Fine middle eastern food from several cultures. Well worth going back. The rose wine was nice. Try the Kubeh; it is not to be found in many places in NYC.

I needed a brunch spot in West Village but wanted something more flavorful than the dime a dozen Italian/American egg spots that litter the hood. Enter Kubeh.

It's all the yums and all the vibes. We shared the delicious Fried Kubeh to start. I got the Norwegian Potato Latkes & Eggs (yeah, I know, eggs....but with spices!), which was a huge plate brimming with all the good stuff the USFDA tells you to eat.

For drinks, the Rimona is a nice antioxidant concoction to get your nutes in, and the Call Your Mother will cure your hangover with more fruity, fizzy ethanol.

I was sitting at a restaurant, watching street art in all its glory, and I thought to myself — maybe I’m just out of touch and don’t get it. But if this is the only way to do a reminder, then fine. Gentlemen, take care of your health!

Went on a Tuesday evening and found a table. However it was full by the time we were leaving around 7:30 PM. Highly recommend reserving a table. Everything we ordered was excellent, will definitely go back for Chicken
