Kungfu Tea overly charged me and took a tip that was unauthorized on Friday September 11, 2025. The salad was overly soggy, the shrimp was hard. I only got three shrimp and they were a dollar a shrimp. The manager refuse to talk to me and their phone is always busy. I was charged $34.87 for shrimp, salad and salmon. The salmon was cut in half and I was charged double. Again. I will keep trying until this place give my tip and shrimp money back. $1.00 a hard shrimp is ridiculous! Kungfu Tea has a practice of taking tip money from black people without their permission. I had already filed a complaint with the BBB, Kungfu Tea Corperate and now waiting for a response. I just want my money back. The order was horrible and I want Kungfu Tea to know that I was very unsatisfied with the order, their service, not to mention waiting for much more than 20 minutes and the food was cold.

This place is very unprofessional me and my sister waited outside for 40 minutes in the HEAT while the place was supposed to open at 11. And it opened 30 minutes later. Then we try to go inside and one of the girl employees who is very rude said to us “the people who make drinks aren’t here right now they coming in 20 minutes “ then my sister asked “ okay can we come inside and wait we already waited 30 minutes “ and the employee said no. She has no hair🧑🏻🦲 light tone, and has glasses 👓. I think she should be fired and the manager in this place needs to open up at the time they claim they open.

I’ve been here often and have gotten my order with no issue until my most recent visit. I’m not sure if she’s a new hire (I’ve never seen her there before), but the girl at the register was extremely rude. I come into the store like usual and give a polite greeting and place my order, but this time she seems to not understand what I want (a simple bubble tea) and she makes mocking faces and speaks back in a condescending tone while slurping down a drink when I try to clarify. I never had to repeat myself so many times and it felt like we were talking in circles. She didn’t even notify me when my order was ready, so I had to guess if the boba was mine and she nodded when I asked, as if she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. I still thanked her; it seems like she needed kindness. I understand having a bad day, but taking it out on a paying customer is not the way to go. I never had any issues with the previous employees that attended me before. They always understood the order and promptly gave it to me. I don’t know why this girl was making it so difficult and treating me like an idiot. Coming here used to be a pleasant experience for me, but that girl needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers. I don’t know if I want to come back here.
