wait time is 20+ minutes for one drink when it’s not even busy. they have 3-5 people working in the front yet it takes so long. some of their drinks are hit or miss, they either taste too sweet or too bland, and i order the same drink everytime. bubbles are crazy hard too, not chewy at all. so many other boba places within 2 blocks radius, i go here because of my reward status with kung fu tea but i’m honestly going to stop

So I ordered a mango slush. Mind you the wait time was crazy, but I didn’t have a problem, what I did have a problem was that they gave me no mango jelly for my order. I wasn’t gonna bother to argue or say anything cuz I get that they are busy, but for the love of god don’t be lazy at your job.

I ordered two drinks with no ice and had a ton of ice in them. Overall it was good but I wish it had no ice. Also the chicken at TTK is very good and the seasoning taste great

The service attitude of the staff in the store is excellent. I come to this location at 1-2 times a week, especially because of two girls named Sara and Zda.
