I stopped by today for a coffee, it was my first time. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They have a good menu with a variety of coffees, and they also sell pastries. They have a few tables with outlets that can be utilized for working. The place is nicely decorated with paintings. I ordered a dirty chai latte and it was pretty good.

Horrible customer service. Male Receptionist/barista gave unprovoked attitude to my significant other & I. When received order just threw to the side & did not specify as I have a specific allergy & a customer let us know which was which as she saw his attitude & couldn’t believe it herself.

$4 for a small cup of coffee in inwood?
Serously? Joe’s coffee in the w village charges about 3.50
Bunni Coffee up bwy a bit charges 2.50.
So whoever the owner is here is a message: Are you delusional? Cause u ain’t gonna be in biz with that price.
Often there is pretty artwork on the walls
in the back area.
The is an individual at the counter who has an angry demeanor.
I normally do not make critiques of service people on google reviews as i feel that it puts them in a vulnerable position.
This is why I am deliberately not going to descibe any identifying characteristics.
That person i suspect is depressed. I pray for you

Coffee and pastry selection is great, but the male barista with the beanie is condescending and legitimately hostile to customers and other members of staff. I’ve walked out multiple times because I see he’s behind the counter.

I’ve only had a vanilla matcha here with oat milk and the vanilla used is very good. However the price for it is outrageous. $10.50 for a vanilla matcha is way too much. You’re located in inwood. Not in the financial district, even in the financial district the price isn’t as high. The service is okay. Some of the baristas greet you when you come in. Others you have to greet first.

Stopped in yesterday for some scones and coffee, and will definitely be coming back. Had a great chat with Ryan during my short stay, and loved his dry sense of humor. The scones were great, and the coffee was delicious, thanks Ryan!

i walked in and walked out because the barrista behind the counter was so rude. he didn't even acknowledge us and when i said hello he ignored me. coffee shops should
be a welcoming place. i've also heard the same thing from other people that the people who work there are rude. i'll never come
back and try the coffee. mon amour is right around the corner with much better service :) don't go here!

Great coffee cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. perfect spot for a quick caffeine fix and relaxed break. Highly recommended.
Very patient service, especially with the rude customer in front of me. Very professional and attentive and helped packed my drinks even when they were busy.

When I first walked in as a grumpy New Yorker, I was insulted by how welcoming the employees are. The coffee is not watered down and I am upset that the floors are not sticky. As a local I expected worse. Any a persons who drinks coffee, you should come here. The manger even gave me a warm treat. What’s next, free parking? Five stars.
