Kyma has a beautiful atmosphere — stylish, inviting, and perfect for a night out. The cocktails were delicious and crafted with care, and at first, the food seemed to live up to the hype as well. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn. After dining there, I became extremely sick and dealt with what felt like food poisoning for the remaining two days of my New York trip.
I’m disappointed because Kyma has so much going for it — great vibes and great drinks — but based on my personal experience, I left feeling let down and unwell.

Kyma Hudson Yards is always amazing. The food is super fresh and full of flavor. I’ve tried so many dishes here and honestly recommend all of them. The lobster pasta, tuna tartare, octopus with horta, crab cakes, grilled calamari, and even their cheesecake are always delicious. The vibe is beautiful and lively, and the service is warm and welcoming. One of my go-to spots in the city. Definitely recommend!

Kyma Hudson River was truly a whole experience! The vibe was unmatched beautiful atmosphere, amazing music, and the perfect mix of dining and partying. The food was delicious, the drinks were incredible, and that lychee martini was honestly the BEST I’ve ever had.
Customer service was a 10/10 from start to finish. They made my birthday dinner feel so special, and everything felt upscale and worth every penny. I’ll definitely be back!

Recently, a friend and I decided to try this Greek restaurant. However, if you prefer a quiet dining experience, I suggest avoiding this place. Not only was it extremely noisy, but it was also packed with people, even by NYC standards. The noise was so intense that I couldn't hear my friend yelling from the other side of the table, and we both developed headaches almost instantly, matter fact this is mid weekday.
While the staff was friendly, I could sense their stress due to the crowded environment. We ordered a variety of appetizers but couldn't finish them all because it was unpleasant to dine in such a hectic, noisy setting, despite the food being quite good.
The managers demonstrated excellent hospitality and made genuine efforts to accommodate us. Their attentiveness and politeness were commendable.
Overall, I gave Kyma a 3-star rating based on the decent food, friendly service, and good management. If you're sensitive to noise and crowds, this may not be the place for you. I personally won't return or recommend it to others.
