Today I went to a great restaurant not far from Time Square
When I went there the atmosphere was great
The food was good but my chicken was not cooked but the servers immediately understood the situation before reserving me!
Very nice place

Everything was delicious. it's honestly in a great location with ample parking and a lot of business. The service was incredible. I wish them the best!My work colleague and I ordered a lunch special which comes with an appetizer, drink, and entree. I ordered the dumplings and miso ramen along with a chai tea.

We received bad service. My friend got his food 15 min me and was mostly done eating before I started. When I got my food it was burnt on the bottom and cold on the top.

Had a fantastic experience at Kyuramen. We both ordered the omurice (one with curry, one with demiglace and pork tonkatsu) and it was incredibly delicious! Unfortunately we had to wait 10 minutes for the second dish after the first had come out. Otherwise, a great meal for a great price!

Tried Kyuramen out at their Times Square location for a late dinner. Wait to get in was not terribly long, about a 15-20 minute wait for 2 seats. We tried the “popcorn chicken” (karaage) as an appetizer and the “Ying Yang” ramen for the main entry. The chicken was pretty good. Had a light batter to it and an interesting seasoning mix that wasn’t too overbearing but gave it good flavor. The ramen entree was alright. It featured two different soups; a seafood based soup with shrimp tempura, and a pork based tonkotsu soup with pork chasu. The tonkotsu soup was richer than the seafood, with the seafood having a lighter flavor. While this ramen may seem appealing visually, it felt that it was mainly staged for presentation as between the two soups, there wasn’t much noodle at all or meat and vegetables, aside from what is staged to pop out. Overall decent experience, I would recommend the chicken, but I suggest trying a more uniform bowl of ramen.

Came here on a cold day and enjoyed some hot ramen. Food was delicious as we also ordered the honey comb platter. However, the young server/host, probably in college was super low energy. Waited 5 mins after walking in to even be acknowledged and seated. I requested to be sat in the back in the little private rooms they offer but he stated that those open later in the day. I said fine and we sat at a normal table. Ordered our food with some waters. To my surprise the waters are served lukewarm with no ice. Every time I asked the server for something like straws or ice, he made it seem like we were an inconvenience. If you want good food this is the spot for you but don’t expect good customer service at all. You’d think that for a restaurant in time square they would have good customer service but not here.

This is one of my favorite places in the city to eat Ramen. Today I invited a friend and my dad who were visiting the city and the service from the moment we arrived was pretty bad. We ordered appetizers that arrived after the meal. We had to call the waitress to take our order and we were also with my son, he needed to change his diapers, so my dad asked the waitress if they had a changing table for babies. They said yes and then I went to the bathroom and realized there isn't one. I definitely won't be back.
