The food is decent for its pricing especially in NYC.
The pork bun taste home made by a novice spouse.
The Ramen was the classic tonkotsu Shoyu ramen. This is much better made. Two lovely pieces of Charsiew match with its lightly salted tonkatsu broth makes a refreshing bowl of noodles that you can actually continue to savour the broth till the last drop after the last strand of noodle..

So, I’ve been coming to this place for years. Never have I ever experienced service so disrespectful from there. I asked for the skirt steak as an add on. They bring me “steak” that was literally white/grey. I tell them that this isn’t what I wanted. The server then eats the “meat” in my face as some kind of insult. I was so disgusted that I just left. I’ve spent AT LEAST thousands of dollars at this place. The service I received tonight was completely unacceptable.

Could not be happier with my experience at Kyuramen. Went to have lunch and it wasnt very busy so I was seated immediately. I ordered the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with a side of Takoyaki and the Lemonade. Food came to me very quickly, about 5-7 minutes after placing my order. The ramen was flavorful, especially the pork. It was incredibly tender and juicy. I did need to add a little bit of Cayenne Pepper to amp the spice up to my liking, they had that among other condiments available at your booth. Takoyaki was also very delicious of course. The lemonade was alright, not the biggest fan of the light cucumber flavor it has but not bad. Maybe would have preferred if my water was a bit iced but not an issue. Definitely worth dropping by if you're in the area craving something different.

The ramen was a solid 8/10 . The real star of the show was the service. Jingwei W as printed on the receipt was super kind and accommodating to me and my friend whose birthday we were celebrating. Definitely recommend and props to him!

I go here often, and I love that the food is consistent. Their specialty non alcoholic drinks are also really good, I recommend the taro smoothie or mint cucumber lemonade.

Today I went to a great restaurant not far from Time Square
When I went there the atmosphere was great
The food was good but my chicken was not cooked but the servers immediately understood the situation before reserving me!
Very nice place

Everything was delicious. it's honestly in a great location with ample parking and a lot of business. The service was incredible. I wish them the best!My work colleague and I ordered a lunch special which comes with an appetizer, drink, and entree. I ordered the dumplings and miso ramen along with a chai tea.

We received bad service. My friend got his food 15 min me and was mostly done eating before I started. When I got my food it was burnt on the bottom and cold on the top.

Had a fantastic experience at Kyuramen. We both ordered the omurice (one with curry, one with demiglace and pork tonkatsu) and it was incredibly delicious! Unfortunately we had to wait 10 minutes for the second dish after the first had come out. Otherwise, a great meal for a great price!

Tried Kyuramen out at their Times Square location for a late dinner. Wait to get in was not terribly long, about a 15-20 minute wait for 2 seats. We tried the “popcorn chicken” (karaage) as an appetizer and the “Ying Yang” ramen for the main entry. The chicken was pretty good. Had a light batter to it and an interesting seasoning mix that wasn’t too overbearing but gave it good flavor. The ramen entree was alright. It featured two different soups; a seafood based soup with shrimp tempura, and a pork based tonkotsu soup with pork chasu. The tonkotsu soup was richer than the seafood, with the seafood having a lighter flavor. While this ramen may seem appealing visually, it felt that it was mainly staged for presentation as between the two soups, there wasn’t much noodle at all or meat and vegetables, aside from what is staged to pop out. Overall decent experience, I would recommend the chicken, but I suggest trying a more uniform bowl of ramen.
