We arrived for our 1 o'clock reservation on time at 1:55 we still had no food on our table and what did arrive was tired and not enjoyable. Management was helpful but all in all a very disappointing dining experience.
Great location and atmosphere. Large variety in the menu. Great service and value for the money. We go every time we visit NYC.
Food was poor however when we mentioned that it didn't meet expectations the particular item in question was removed from the bill and complimentary coffees provided. The service was attentive and moved our table so we could be in a quieter part of the restaurant which was appreciated.
Saturday lunch, with a 2 year old. 1- waiter says ‘we don't have beer' and we show him the menu, then he says ‘o yeah we do have normally, but our delivery didn't came yesterday.' Not okay in a few ways. 2- ordered a kid meal, and after a while, I told waiter that if he is planning to bring kid's meal first or not(as this is like a standard normally, especially if you didn't ask and we didn't say otherwise). He says ‘oh okay let me check that'.... And all food comes together.. Seems like a place who is planning to be out of business soon.
Place is shutting down they should just close already. First words out of waiter's mouth were "no beer, no white wine or rose, no steak frittes". No beer?? Cmon man just close already.
Convenient spot for brunch - close to our hotel. Not our first time dining here but first time for brunch. Food was good but the service was a little off. The restaurants was not that crowded but our waitstaff seemed to forget about us.
The waiters are indifferent to the point of rudeness, the atmosphere is pure chaos, and the food is average—but you'll lose your appetite the moment you walk in. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to you either. I can't think of any reason to visit unless it's for a business lunch and you happen to be nearby early.
Food was ok, expected a little better for the price. Service was ok, a little slow. We were able to get a last minute reservation which was nice.
Nice place but a little noisy for my taste. Food was good, service was good altho drinks a little slow to be delivered (bartender?)

Very good food. Location is central with a great view of Bryant park. Clean simple design. The dinner portions was good. Drinks were tasty. My only gripe is the focaccia was too small for the price.

Came for lunch with a co-worker excited to try this restaurant for the first time.
Completely underwhelmed by the food.
Ceaser salad consisted a few leaves spread across the plate with bland overcooked chicken.
The $55 8oz filet mignon was actually two small round pieces of what tasted like flank steak maybe half an inch thick at best…no way to cook meat that thin to medium rare and lacked flavor and seasoning.
Those two items came out to over $100.
The place was packed and the service was fine but can’t understand how anyone rates the lunch food positively.

The food was mediocre for the price, but the most disappointing part was the misleading tip suggestion printed at the bottom of the bill. The suggested tip amounts were calculated incorrectly—much higher than the actual percentages based on the total. For example, the 20% tip suggestion was significantly inflated compared to what it should have been. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this until after I had already tipped, resulting in a much higher gratuity than I intended. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or intentional, but it felt deceptive. I left feeling scammed and disappointed.
This place is seriously overpriced. The steak was burnt, and the mezze platter was a joke—two store-bought grape leaves, three tiny pieces of feta, a couple of cucumber and tomato slices, and two burnt meatballs. The only decent thing on the plate was the hummus.
On top of that, the steak—priced at $50—doesn’t come with any sides, which is ridiculous. No one charges that much for an average steak without including at least one side.
The only saving grace was the dessert—it was amazing. But overall, this place is not worth the price at all.

Pretty solid American bistro restaurant right next to the park! I liked the service a lot. Went in there without a reservation and they were polite and accommodating.
