This place has the worse customer service! I sent an email from last week and a dm requesting urgent assistance, no response. I've been calling everyday since and have been told that the Manager is not there. I was told yesterday that I should call today at 3pm. I called and still no Manager. I asked to speak to another rep that may assist. No one else is available. What kind of business is this where no Supervisor is available for couple days? The person that answers the phone hang up in my ears. Very disrespectful! You are definitely not getting back my money #rude

The birria tacos do the job, and the consommé has just the right amount of kick. I also eat the beans and rice or the cammarón bowl—they are excellent. The casual and welcoming vibe makes it easy to relax before heading back to work. While they’re open later, La Chula is strictly my lunch spot—and they’ve mastered it.
If you’re looking for a speedy, satisfying meal that doesn’t compromise on quality, La Chula works!
Kid-friendliness: There are games in the dining area for children and if they need time to walk about, it is no problem.

I miss La Chula's location at Grand Central Terminal from the Before COVID Times, so I allowed myself to splurge on a giant La Chingona torta, full of all sorts of different meats & veggies. [I only ordered tacos from the GCT location.] Naturally, I just had to get a horchata w/ it.

Horrible experience and humanity. Asked for drink of water to take meds. Server refused because they are “closed” but happy to sell me a bottle of water for $5…..I am glad I could pay for it if needed. Sad that basic courtesy is eroding.

I was looking for some good Mexican food in the area but this food made me sick on multiple occasions. I decided to give it a second chance but I will definitely not be returning. I was not aware that they were so spicy as well.. it doesn't seem like they can accomodate you if you want something that is not spicy.

It was my first time going inside Northern End hall. So I decided on getting Mexican food from La Chula. I had the Pollo Tacos. It was okay. They were made fresh but I didn't have much of a choice on the sauce I wanted. Also when my food was ready the cashier didn't inform me. I was sitting in the eating area.

DO NOT GET A BOWL!!! I ordered a bowl and they gave me the equivalent of a spoonful of each item, the bowl was less than half full. Very disappointing. If you want your moneys worth, get the burrito.

This place has the tastiest birria tacos in the area. Along with the bar in the food court, the drinks and tacos are a perfect mix. I also like their nachos and burritos. It’s made when you order and it’s always hot and fresh and delicious!

Very cozy place where there is a variety of stalls.Tacos, pizza, hamburgers, coffees... they have everything.In Spain I had not seen a place like this and I really liked it.Inside the premises, there are different gastronomic proposals and the tables there are for all of them.They have different toys for children to entertain themselves.The problem is, I couldn't see the high chairs.The food, we tried the taco stand and the hamburgers.Everything was very good.In the cafeteria part, they make very good hot chocolate.
