the employees are always nice and the coffee is among my favorites in the city. they move fast so you never wait long even with a long line. lots of great seating space. it’s unfortunate that the woman with long blond braids, who i take to be the manager, is so abrasive. i’ve seen her openly berate employees before, and when they got my drink wrong and made it hot instead of iced she got visibly pissed at me for pointing it out, and rather than making it over she roughly tossed it into a cup of ice, diluting it. poor service.

? The coffee beans are beautifully packaged and of good quality. There are many choices of medium roast and dark roast (there are only two light roasts that day), suitable for souvenirs.

☕️ Buy coffee beans and get a cup of coffee for free. Unfortunately, I drank it first before buying the beans; hand-brewed medium-roasted coffee, with the aroma of tomatoes and the rhyme of grapes. I forgot the name of the coffee beans, but I just remember that it was amazing.

i love this la colombe it is my absolute favorite. i love the vibrant energy and how there’s not a lot of people taking up tables with their laptops so it is really a great place to sit and chat! the baristas are all super friendly and always make me feel welcome!

Just be aware of some baristas. They are NOT attentive (to flirt with a guy customer at the counter, and then he forgot my order! He was like that a few times. I decided to leave a review finally.) and sometimes obnoxious, although you’re regular.

Coffee is good, but don’t have high expectations. There were times when La Colombe was superior, but not anymore.

Truly love the coffee but never coming back. Every time I order a coffee here the baristas literally make you feel like an idiot…ordering coffee should not be so complicated.
I had even brought some of my friends here too and they had also expressed that they had also felt that way.
Today was truly my final straw here. I went in ordering an oat draft latte with mocha. Apparently the barista misheard me rung up something different. I was then approached by one of the employees and told that “next time you need to let us know you are adding mocha”….not sure how I could have made this more clear? I had expressed that I had told her this and the barista said “maybe she misheard you but you should tell us you’re adding mocha”….huh? what more can I do to make it clear that I got a mocha?? and not sure how your employees mistake became my fault… very turned off from all the interactions here and not coming back.
