I went here with my cousin and we are always looking for great food, especially pasta. This was one of the best Italian meals I’ve had in the city. The service was impeccable and a girl was so helpful and a delight to speak with. Chefs Alessio and Claudio were fantastic, and so fun to speak with them in Italian. It made our night!
We shared the frittata napoletana and I had the lumanchine. The pasta blew me away. It was perfectly al dente and didn’t fill me up. For dessert we had the pastamisu. It was delicious, not too sweet and just the right note to end our meal.
We can’t wait to go back and try some more pasta!

Really amazing food. Everything we had was out of this world.
Please ignore all the idiot 1 star reviews complaining about under cooked pasta. Not their fault they over cook their pasta at home but to expect it from a restaurant that expressly serves pasta al dente is ridiculous.

Super authentic pasta. If you are looking for fusion and the modified flavors, don’t come here.

Such a beautiful find at Chelsea Market. We LOVED the pastas and Mary was amazing guiding us through the menu. Try the pesto and the house special pasta with an amazing tomato sauce. The amaro spritz is so unique and delicious . Beautiful Italian experience in NY. I will come back for sure .

Finishing our walk along the High Line we went down to Chelsea Market, which was a highlight, and this restaurant caught our attention, with a Chef Bar and communal tables, added to our love of pasta! The cozy place, precise menu and luxury service! My Mac&Cheese Lolipops were mega recommended and I went for a traditional pomodoro pasta that to be honest I feel like I can still taste. I learned a couple of things like the importance of al dente pasta and that there are almost 126 different types of pasta ?

Devozione is an absolute gem that deserves every accolade, including a Michelin star. Meri and Chef Alessio go above and beyond, crafting each dish with unparalleled creativity and precision. The flavors are exquisite, perfectly balanced, and presented like works of art. From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable service, dining here is an unforgettable experience. Thank you to Mary and the entire team for setting the bar so high—this place is a must-visit for lunch!

A terrible place, such a disappointing experience, especially when you’re really hungry and have high expectations because the place looks nice… the only good thing was the service. The food was awful; we were a big group, and all the pasta was undercooked. The octopus sauce had no octopus, and the ragu had no meat—it tasted more like tuna… in the end, we couldn’t eat and ended up at a bakery for sandwiches. The only positive point is that the manager apologized for the inconvenience and didn’t charge us for the food we couldn’t eat… I wouldn’t personally recommend it.

We had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. The pasta was excellent, and sitting at the bar gave us a front-row seat to watch the chefs in action. Ciro, the sommelier, provided us with a fantastic experience. His extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor truly made our visit special. Highly recommended!
