Came with my sister for dinner. Carbonara was extremely bland and on the undercooked side of al-dente.
Prices astronomical
Worse than that was the server (long dark hair in a ponytail and gold hoop earrings). She was so miserable and had an attitude it was rude. No offer of Parmesan or pepper- had to ask.
Only enquired how we were getting on with the food after we had finished.
We paid by cash and still felt had to leave a 20% tip as custom. She asked that we wait and not leave as she counted all the cash in front of us- made us feel v uncomfortable. Cash was totally correct I may add.
No goodbye from a single member as we left.

It was a great pleasure to find a restaurant I can always come
Back to. Food service and hospitality is key for me, 10/10 taste and I couldn’t ask for more.

The pasta we ordered was under cooked, raw inside, extremely hard. Also the sauce is salty. We told the waiter and he said this is their “original style” it should taste like that.

La Devozione is a wonderful spot for authentic Italian food and pasta.

The pasta is incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, with rich, comforting flavors that really stand out.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with open live kitchen, and the staff are friendly and attentive. A great place to enjoy high-quality Italian pasta 🍝
definitely worth a visit!

As a lifelong global pasta eater, I feel qualified to say this pasta was not al dente. It was seriously undercooked. There is a fine line between al dente and still thinking about becoming pasta, and this crossed it.

The lollipop di macaroni balls were very good. Unfortunately, the pasta texture spoiled the experience, which is a shame as I was so looking forward to coming back to this restaurant.

This was my forth and last time. For the price, you are better off going to Bocca di Bacco nearby and enjoying pasta that is cooked the way pasta has been cooked for generations.

Nestled inside the Chelsea Market this Pasta centric restaurant serves the BEST pasta dishes in NYC. Their is an extensive Italian wine list and I recommend their tasting menu. Also a pasta store where you can get 100's of different cuts of pasta. Great gifts too for this Christmas season.

The pasta tasting menu was absolutely amazing! We loved every bite of it. And Ciro, the sommelier, did an amazing job pairing the wines and providing details of their origin. Highly recommended!
