I picked up a pork Bánh mi to go and it was just ok. The bread is way denser than it should be and the pork itself is a tad too sweet. It was filling but it’s a $17 Bánh mi that’s very comparable to some $10 offerings. I’ll come back again to try one of their soup noodles since it seems to be what they’re known for.

Pho noodles are always broken and overcooked. Soup is good but could be more flavorful. Better with some lime and hot sauce.

4.5/5 stars for food. This is the best Viet spot I’ve found thus far in the 12 years I’ve been in the city.
The Bun Bo Hue could’ve been spicier and more savory, but it was close enough! My sister and BIL had the Pho Tai and they said it was comparable to pho they’ve had in Vietnam. It comes with traditional pickled garlic and birds eye chilies, no need for the hoisin/sriracha that westernized phos require.
The mushroom and mustard green soup and sautéed morning glory reminded me of my mother’s cooking. The chicken wings were also super flavorful and crunchy.
The banh mi didn’t blow me away, but it was still one of the best we’ve had in NYC (although this is not saying much). Bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
I can’t wait to come back and try the many other dishes and drinks like the Hanoi Cha Ca and Mam Tom cocktail!

Got the crab mango salad, wagyu pho, tamarind duck, beef curry, coconut ice cream, and avocado ice cream. I made a reservation for my birthday for 6:30pm, we were seated at 6:48 pm. The crab mango salad was good and worth the price. The wagyu pho was fine, but very small portion, not worth the price. The tamarind duck was really crispy and well sauced, worth the price. The short rib beef curry was okay. The beef was not as tender as it could be, so not worth the price. The coconut ice cream was okay. The avocado ice cream is really good (great for people who find avocado smoothies nostalgic), but for $12 for one scoop of ice cream, might not be worth the price (where else can you find avocado ice cream?). The restaurant is also on the louder side, it was hard to hear what the waiters were saying. Overall, it's an okay restaurant. I probably will not be back for a birthday celebration.
Such a nice spot! Food was delicious!

This place is amazing. Great food, service and atmosphere. The pho broth was perfectly flavored. By far the best pho broth I’ve had. Definitely going to go again and try other dishes. The wait during lunch time wasn’t too bad, but prepare for at least an hour (most likely more) wait time for dinner if you don’t have a reservation.
