Below average ambience, food. Very small and congested. Service was poor.
This is one of my favorite spots in NYC. Located close to NYU what’s there not to love? The vibe, the service but most importantly the food! The lasagna is to die for. Beverages are tasty. Downstairs there is live music. A great date night spot!
Lasagna and calzones are great
Great pizza, great drinks, great atmosphere and service. Delicious espresso.
Get any of the lasagnas, my favorite is the arrabiata! I’ve gone here several times just for the lasagna. Good date spot!
FYI the tables are small and it’s not super brightly lit inside. Service can be slow. Tiramisu and cannoli are okay, but the blueberry pie is good!
Quaint spot for lasagne, pizza and wine
Amazing food and fantastic atmosphere. An “olde” New York place. Ask to sit in the covered courtyard. Be sure to order the lasagne samplers.
Hands down the best lasagna we've had in a long time, only topped by the exceptional customer service.
My friends and I loved this cozy place in the 1980s, and I was happy to discover that it's retained its quality and charm all these years. Great drinks and desserts, as always, but what stood out on this trip were the excellent lasagna flights, with four delicious lasagnas served in small ramekins. An absolute gem.

After a long day of walking and hanging out in Washington Square Park. This place was a much needed respite from all the hustle. The first thing I ordered was the Tennessee Mudd Coffee off the Hot Stuff menu. It was the best thing I could have gotten on a cold winter day. Exceptional! I decided not to go to heavy for lunch and ordered a pizza, big enough to share but also good for 1 person. Very nice spot. The desserts look great, next time. My server was awesome and took great care of me.

This place has been a compulsory visit everytime l’m in New York for the last 15 years, thanks to my wife.
We absolutely love their Tiramisu, and Pecan Pie accompanied by one of their coffees.
Atmosphere is quite romantic and the live Jazz nights are the best.
Highly recommend this for things to do in NYC.
Parking: Free parking a couple of blocks away, but only in the evening. Do not park outside as they will tow your car.

So good I've been back three times in two months. The lasagna flights are delicious, service is great, and I've never had anything less than a great dinner, especially considering the price. I'd love to see them step up their wines by the glass, but I can't wait to go back.
