We were disappointed that the table side fettuccini wasn't done table side but across the room without us knowing. That is the reason we selected this restaurant. Slow service but enjoyable meal and good food.
Introduced my 16 year old grandson to Eataly; he loved it. He had pizza and said he will never eat PaPa John's again!
So much to see besides eating. The pizza is wonderful. The pasta delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful.
So authentic!!! Excellent Italian food! The pasta melts in your mouth and the pizza is delicious!
We took our daughter to the restaurant to celebrate her birthday. We had a 4:00 reservation but weren't seating until about 40 minutes afterwards. Then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the wait staff to come to our table. Throughout our meal, bo one came to check in with us. We had to flag down someone whenever we needed something. Overall the food was good. We ordered a couple of different pizzas. The pizza was very good. The pasta bolognese wasn't the best. The service overall was horrible. It was a disappointing experience.
Waited a long time to get served when they realized they gave us a new server and he was great - food is always very good they had what they called a cannoli experience and we thought they would fill them table side - shame on us for not making sure so that part was not much of an experience but they tasted very good
It's loud, you'll probably be waited on by six different servers, but the food is always perfect. Always.
Ordered the truffle fettuccine that was advertised to be prepared for guests at the table in a cheese wheel - it wasn't prepared table-side whatsoever - it just arrived on a plate at room temperature. Pizza was mid, at best.
Staff are especially professional and pleasant. Perfect as usual, calamari is delicious and margarita pizza always a hit to the palate. Many thanks team, keep up the great work. Andrew Stone
I visited this place, and instead of feeling welcomed, I was met with rude, angry, and dismissive looks from the manager with short hair and squared glasses. Instead of helping, she made us feel completely unwelcome. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.
To top it off, the food was just as underwhelming as the service. This was such a letdown, and I can confidently say we won’t be coming back

The food is good, but the quantities are excessively small for the prices they have, even considering that you are in New York.

A space inside Eataly that only Saku can do. Prices are also reasonable. The best! I will go again.

Terrible ripping you off with food and wine and wanting to charge you extra for bread ! Our pasta was so dry that the chef sent more sauce . Don’t go there

Nice place. We especially appreciate Ronni's attention. Very attentive at all times, friendly and cordial. It's nice to meet people like that when you're traveling.
