I want to think that It's not always like this, but today was disgusting. Specifically, I was very disappointed with the plates; they were dirty and oily, as if someone had eaten on them, and they hadn't been cleaned. I asked for a new one. They brought me a new plate, which was also greasy. I was shocked I've never checked the plates here before, but this time I just accidentally touched my empty plate before they brought the starters and realized it was dirty and oily. We love this place, but I don't think we will be coming back.

Always love coming here, every time I fly up from Texas I make it a point to come here. It's a must for my husband and me. Service is always on point and they are VERY ATTENTIVE to our needs.

This is overpriced mediocre food. Servers are inattentive, the ragu in the ragu and mushroom pasta is undetectable. Also, you will be dining with numerous large and little flies. You can get far better authentic Italian food other places. This is a tourist trap, and for those that don't know better.

La personne l'accueil aux cheuveux longs et look de rocker était désagréable, pas accueillante du tout. Niveau nourriture, nous avons eu des Linguine allo scoglio, pas mal mais pas incroyable et certainement pas à la hauteur du prix de 36$ le plat. Par contre les Taglatelle Bolognese étaient excellentes. Tiramisu bon aussi. Conclusion, ça dépend de ce que vous commandez, l'expérience peut être plus ou moins bonne,

waited 30 mins to order because nobody was serving us and had to wait 20 mins for the check which i also had to ask for : i had to ASK to order and to get the check. wasted 2 hours here because nobody cared to check on us or serve us

Food and our waitstaff was very good, just was annoyed our entrees were served seperately more than 15 minutes apart.
Taste good, pasta good, Margarita pizza without cheese drowned in Oil to make it not stick. Use flower, in Italy they will slap you with the oily wabble pizza 🍕

The service was friendly and attentive. I found the food price point to be a bit higher than I expected. The sound level was quite high with tables being in proximity, so it was difficult to hear my table partner when the kids next to me were talking to their parents. If you don't mind some hustle and bustle, then you're fine. If you're looking for a calm dining experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The food was good.

The food is amazing but you can easily tell the main focus of the servers is not about the timing or the delivery order of food to the table for everyone in your group, they just use the same fake attitudes and whatever you give as a tip, they disagree unless it is 20% and they simply don't thank back. Proper tipping has always been 12% - stop being so greedy!
