This place is awesome when it's open. I have encountered on occasion that I make it there, and they are not open. I love their mangu because it isn't salty and it taste so yummy. The women there aren't super smiles all the time, but they look pleased to serve you. If you are looking for authentic Spanish dishes I recommend this restaurant.

Waitress / servers are always friendly. Majority speaks Spanish but willingly able to learn to communicate with you on how you want your food cooked, will bring it out fresh off the stove. Very accommodating and honest! Been going here for years! Never a disappointment. Breakfast is the bomb! And the chichiarrones chicken chucks boneless with white rice, black beans and plantains or tostones for the win! Family combo meal of this will fill you & your significant other up.

I ordered the pork stew dinner for $26 dollars the guy on the phone said it's for two people, I get a small container of pork stew and a small container of rice, then I call back and the guy pretends not to speak English, the guy stole like $10 from me these people are thieves and the food is not even that good

The food is no longer fresh.. I was served nearly uncooked rice. Perhaps day old or combined with fresher cooked rice making My food inedible

Extremely dissappointed this morning. Decided to try a different place & ordered tres golpes (Dominican breakfast), asked for eggs over medium. The mangu is extremely bland and stiff, Eggs are small and hard, salami is undercooked on one side. Only okay thing was the fried cheese. Had to reheat everything though.

It’s the place to be if you want some good fried fish with rice and beans.

the food looked disgusting, it was full of oil. I didn't bother to taste it and throw it away. And for the price, not worth it.

This is normally our go to spot but wow. We usually get the pechuga a la plancha because my daughter loves it. I served my daughter and she's doesn't want to eat it " mami the chicken is bad". Of course since she's a child I'm thinking she's being picky, nope! I tried it for myself and the chicken was disgusting. Over cooked, the rice was super hard as well. I made sure I called to complain, unfortunately we'd have to find another Spanish place to go to. I understand it's pandemic but if you're paying for food the least you can do it make it edible.

When to eat here recently. I was looking for the home style cooking that I haven’t been able To eat in a long time since I haven’t been to dr in a long time. Was Greeted by the amazing hostess diosbania who took care of my other and my family’s order. The food was just beyond amazing!!! The service was fast and my whole entire family was pleased. Prices were decent too compare to the amazing and great portions we had!! If you looking for a Dominican style restaurant with reasonable prices come here!!! We loved it!!

The food is good. The service sucks. If you pay in cash, they will take the rest of the money!
