Always amazing
Staff unfriendly. I am French and this store doesn’t represent our gastronomy and our customers service and respect. The food quality by 4 PM is poor. How you can sell items with rotten salad and dry turkey ham. This is big joke not representative of Laduree in France.
The macarons were scrumptious!!
Never skip this spot. If you like macaroons, you'll love these. Its just amazing every time
Outstanding
Only one problem,
No bathroom.
Is it really that hard to have a bathroom for guests?
Best macarons
Served by Valerie who was very lovely! The pistachio ice cream was incredible and so was the pan au chocolate.
I stopped by Ladurée recently and was genuinely impressed. The macaroons and French pastries were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There's seating available, so it’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your treats. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving authentic French pastries!
Unfortunately the taste of the pastries overrated. you can find much tastier macarons in nyc.
Service: tables are not cleaned after previous customers and water wasn’t even offered to us.
The only pastrie which we liked was with raspberries.
Also, coffee is served in cheap paper cups… very disappointing
The salmon croissant was quite awful. The croissant was doughy and seemed like it had been baked a day or two then put in the fridge. The salmon was grocery-store quality. The cucumber was floppy instead of crisp, which I think was the intended way (if they wanted it to be floppy, then it was an even more poorly constructed dish, because you would want the differing mouthfeel to balance out the dish). I didn’t opt to get a pastry because nothing really stood out, especially against the greater competition from other shops in the last ten years.

I absolutely love this location, the service is exceptional. I cannot live without my Plaisir Sucré. Thank you life, and thank you Ladurée for this piece of perfection that contributes to my midnight sweet treat.
The staff were friendly and attentive but their food wasn’t particularly good. Our raspberry macarons were dry and the croissant sandwiches were chewy and plain.
Add that the space wasn’t particularly air conditioned and it was a dud.
Staff unfriendly
They sell cake that is not fresh. I feel stomach pain eating it
Best macrons I’ve ever had including those I’ve enjoyed in Paris. Delicious lattes and lovely low key atmosphere.
