Wonderful ambiance and delicious buttery food. Well worth the hype with the best cappuccino I’ve ever had in my life.

If you’re willing to pay as much as they cost, they’re good and it’s a very cool space. I think they’re worth trying but I only go on special occasions because they’re so expensive.

I ordered two packs of macaroons for a gift through Uber Eats. Laduree, known for its expensive treats, surprisingly acted cheap by not including shopping bags for each box. I had to pay an additional delivery fee and tips, which made me even more disappointed.

For a French place, their croissants are really sub par. They were soggy. I’ve had better ones at Pret. This place used to be good. Now it’s just an overpriced outlet

This is my favorite salon de thé in New York because of the lovely outdoor area but also the perfect menu. Their brunch is amazing and the staff is super professional and friendly. Been there many times and will keep going.

I stopped by Ladurée today and ordered a hot chocolate to go, as I often do on colder days. The cashier told me the total was $7.50, and I paid with Apple Pay. Afterward, I noticed that a $1.50 tip had been added automatically, without being asked.

It’s not about the amount, but rather the principle. Tipping should always be optional and based on the service provided. In this case, the drink was simply handed to me to go, without even offering a napkin. While I enjoy Ladurée, I hope management can ensure that customers are given the choice to add a tip themselves.

The staff are very nice. But the ambiance is often ruined by rude and entitled patrons.

Every visit at the Laduree feels like a celebration. Today was made extra special by the manager, Katherine. She noticed that we were out to celebrate a special occasion and offered impeccable service. She made sure we were attended with special attention and offered to take photos to celebrate our day. She even came back to our table to say goodbye when she was heading out after her shift was over. Laduree will always be our favorite dessert cafe. I highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine pastries, beautiful ambiance, and impeccable service.

Thank you to Faith for making my first experience at Ladurée a memorable one. Although I am very familiar with the macarons especially Marie Antoinette, I was not familiar with the Ladurée menu. Faith walked me through and made the best recommendation which was a hit for my husband too. The atmosphere is charming and of course you can’t leave without purchasing a box of your favorite macarons for later. Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Unfortunately some of my macarons seemed to not be baked properly
I used to love this place but the quality does not seem the same
Shame considering how expensive they are

The service was incredible. We came here for my birthday and were treated like royalty. We had cake, hot chocolate and champagne and it all was delicious . Faith was our server and was incredible she was so kind and treated people like family .She even gave my children free scones and a fancy non alcoholic beverage. She was absolutely amazing - loved her and her service .The food it’s self was delicious a FIVE STARS highly recommended .⭐️ ❤️💕🥰
