Nightmare ordering a cake. No one answers the phone, no one responds on chat customer service except for AI. Wanted to order a birthday cake with personalization for local delivery. When I finally reached someone they said no pre orders - day of only and order through door dash. Nice.

I absolutely adore Lady M! Every visit is such a delight — the cakes are beautiful, elegant, and made with incredible attention to detail. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. My all-time favorite is the matcha cake — it’s simply perfect, rich, and flavorful without being too sweet. Every bite is a little moment of happiness. I can’t recommend Lady M enough for anyone who loves high-quality desserts and a truly luxurious treat! 🍰💚✨

I experienced the worst service ever in Lady M, not because of the food tho. The waitress was racist to our group. She insisted on a weird attitude towards our orders. We ordered a pot of earl grey tea, but she got us a sencha instead. When we asked for another pot of tea, she told other waiters that we’re lying about the tea type. They eventually gave us our earl grey tea for free, but keeping an indifferent attitude about our table. It’s a questionable service experience that we’re hoping Lady M will have a better training to their waiters; because I don’t think being selective about your customers can escalate to this level. I’ll still be back for the crepes tho.

Ordered from this location on 9/25, today, and one of the five slices that I ordered was missing. This place is expensive and when I called them to tell them that the slice was missing, they told me I had to call Uber. After explaining that Uber wouldn’t do anything about it, they said there’s nothing they can do. I understand their point of view, but I am still there Customer. They blamed the driver for not checking a sealed bag instead of acknowledging that they sent an incomplete order.
