Classic neighborhood staple. Been having the ham and egg since I was a kid. The two man team behind the counter can make you a sandwich in about 2-3 mins so if you’re running late for the F train you can still get a solid (and cheap) breakfast. The ice coffee is pretty good for deli coffee as well (ask for 1/2 sugar with vanilla!)
For 3 decades I have been going to the store, usually for the atm, but the smell of the food still draws me in. I have seen the prices rise and yet the service stays kind hearted. I highly recommend this place over hundreds of others.
I walked past this place all the time because it’s right outside of the train station and I recently finally got to try their food. Ngl you’ll never expect a hole in the wall place like this to make legit breakfast items but they do, and this platter I picked up was packed to the brim.
