LandShark Bar & Grill - Times Square

We were seated and then told that there was 1 cook on and the wait for food would be 40minutes to an hour. We waited 10 minutes just for waters so we left

Great option just off Times Square. 6th floor location offers great views of the street below. We dined in Jan 2025, which apparently is a very slow season, there were only 6 people in the restaurant during prime time dinner. I think most people just go to the Margaritaville restaurant a few floors below. Anyway, restaurant was very clean, and the food was typical bar-type offerings. Salads were crisp, burgers substantial, etc. All very good, except the fries. Wait staff very friendly and attentive. If you are just looking for a simple meal without the crowds, this is a hidden gem. I'm sure the experience is different in the summer months when the pool deck is open.

Food very good, but service is very bad. For this reason it will be the first and last time I stay at this hotel.
You can't have such bad service, you have to value your customers, I see that many have also complained about the service.

I am a girl who loves everything about Margaritaville! Always have always will! Even though we didn't stay at the hotel this time (we were in town for a produce show and had to stay at the host hotel), we had to go and have cocktails there! Beautiful place, great service! Great happy hour! Fins up!

The black headed waitress was absolutely horrible. We sat for 30 to 35 minutes waiting on our drinks. She finally brought them with a can of Bud light which I ordered draft. Never ask if I wanted something else. Got our appetizer the peel and eat shrimp. Was so dry you couldn’t eat it. Saw several ppl get up and leave. I would advise to stay away from this place!!

We stayed here this past weekend. What a great place. The staff were extremely hospitable! From the time we checked in until we left- we encountered nothing but upbeat and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is great to get to many of the big attractions in the city. My family and I had a wonderful visit!

They need to do better.. food was decent, but the service sucked.. had several issues while there. I will try them again to see if it is an ongoing issue and update

A very good place to take photos, since it is very close to Times Square and has a small Statue of Liberty inside. It is a little expensive, but it is totally worth it.

I had a great time at Margaritaville in NYC at first. Great location, loved the aesthetics, and it seemed well kept. The day before checkout my daughter and I woke up and found a dead roach in our bed and a roach dropping near our pillow. Front desk offered us a bottle of water and told us it would be inspected. After being inspected I was told they couldn’t do anything for us, as it turned out not to be an “infestation” which we never claimed it to be. And that it was a beetle not a roach. I’m from Florida, I’ve seen roaches. But at any rate it was an unwanted bug and bug dropping in bed with my daughter and I.
