I had an amazing expertise here. Ashamed to say that I ordered something by accident that conflicted with my (extremely discretionary) dietary preferences and the bartender immediately and proactively noticed it wasn’t what I was expecting and insisted I get a different option to make my dining experience top notch. All the food (even what I had not intended ordering) and drink was amazing and would recommend going out of your way to have a go at Langans! Special shout out to Keith!

Whenever we come to New York we always do Irish Pub crawls. This Pub is beautiful and so clean inside. Gill served us tonight and she was hospitable and helpful with menu choices. Wow, what an awesome time! The live music was absolutely killer, really set the mood. And that drink? So smooth, just perfect. The staff were total legends too, super attentive and friendly. Seriously, the service was top-notch all around.

Had the Langan burger, Cesar salad, and shepherds pie. Salad was the star of the show. Pie was good comfort food. Burger was fairly mid. No wait and fast service around 8pm. Probably busier before the shows start. Spacious spot.

Stopped into Langan’s Bar while in New York and it was a great spot to escape the crowds for a bit. The place has a proper Irish pub feel — relaxed, lively, and welcoming without trying too hard. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and the atmosphere was exactly what you’d want from a good bar: busy enough to have a buzz but still comfortable to sit and enjoy a drink.
The drinks were solid and reasonably priced for Manhattan, and the crowd was a nice mix of locals and visitors. It’s the kind of place where you can easily stay longer than you planned because the vibe is so easygoing.
If you’re looking for a casual bar with a good atmosphere and a bit of character, Langan’s is definitely worth stopping into.
