A fun bar located inside of the Iroquois Hotel in New York City. '30s style decor and low lighting. Modern music. We didn't have any food. Priced competitively. Specialty drinks The servers were friendly but there weren't enough to justify the half hour wait for a drink. It was very loud and difficult to talk.
Good atmosphere just like you see on old movies. Bartenders and waiters are very friendly and attentive. Cocktails are delicious. They only serve bar food but they are quite tasty. If you are staying the attached hotel, Iroquois, it worth trying.
This was our second visit here and our bartender on 10/12/24 was fantastic. He made me two bespoke cocktails as variations of an old fashioned/vieux carre. They were tasty. He and the server were also very attentive and checked in to see if everything was okay.
