One of the most strange experiences I can remember. According to the online hours they were open so I walked over to give them a try and I found the door locked. Inside there was a lady working and a man sitting. They ignored me when I tried to open the door, so I asked through gestures if they were closed. The man gestured yes. So then I asked what time they closed (evidently their posted times were wrong, so I wanted to know so I could catch them to try the food). These folks continued to ignore me, with the man pointing at the woman and the woman simply ignoring me and avoiding my eyes. No opinion on the food obviously but I can’t remember being treated like that before.

The food is impeccable. The overall business is horrible. I've ordered from them via Seamless several times and every single time something went wrong - from taking way longer than promised to an employee telling me that the restaurant was closed after the order was confirmed via text message and I went to pick up the food 45 minutes later. They're like an abuser in a relationship. Because they know they make good food, they presume that you'll keep coming back, even after treating you horribly. Never again.

I found out about this place last week and I've order food from here 5 times already. This is some of the most delicious food I've had in New York. These burritos are massive and the meat they put in them really sets them apart; it's real quality meat not like the scraps most restaurants put inside. You just have to try it. Staff is friendly and service is quick. I highly recommend!
