The juices were good. The service was extremely slow, but more importantly, we asked for well shots and they charged us $20 each, even though the shots are listed for cheaper. It was unfortunate because my friend and I wanted to support a black owned business, but we do not recommend this place. Plenty of places with outdoor seating right in the area.

No mention of dress code on the site but refuse to let people on. Knowing that they were in the wrong, simply say there and cancelled the reservation right in front of me and said to leave. Terrible business.

The place is a nice vibe and I enjoyed Valentine’s Day here but it was cramped and there were people hogging the bar. Every other table had a reserved sign on it and we were there for 2 hrs and some people never showed up! I don’t know why they are taking reservations for a bar, that was taking up space when so many people could have sat down. A lot of seat joggers. Their cocktails were great, had an amazing passion fruit lemon drop but the space is a bit off.

Sadly, there were rats (I saw it scurry from the back) and I had to alert the staff. Employee said they’d just done some construction and must have shook them up from the neighbors and that they had an exterminator coming the next day — so the fact they had an exterminator coming already means they knew there were rats and still had ppl in there eating. They gave us the family and friends discount (a couple bucks) when they should have comp’d the whole meal.
Amazing cocktails and food. The staff is super fun and music is always good. Great for a date night or happy hour. Can get pretty crowded late night or over the weekend.

Nice vibey spot with good music and ambiance. I loved the dim lighting. Perfect for a date. The place is kind of tight so get there early. They were very accommodating with my reservation and special request. Went on a Friday and there was a mixed crowd, primarily younger. The sorrel mule was a classic and my new fave. I ordered the jerk chicken egg rolls. It was okay. The sauces were the best part.
