Great customer service. I got a breakfast sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It can become packed but I was able to get some work done which was also a plus.

Really good flat white. Lost some its charm when they moved to the larger space next door.

Service really depends on which barista you get. Confusing to navigate, no charging ports.

Their vegan options were limited, it seemed like they have changed their menu and setup. I saw only 2 pastries, a salad, and a sandwich. Plant milks are $.75 extra. But the Dijon chickpea salad sandwich was really good, I would happily go back for that. My oat flat white was also good. Good atmosphere, no wifi.
Super cute coffee shop! I’ve tried their matcha latte which was pretty good and their turmeric latte which wasn’t bad either. Great stop for a nice warm drink on a cold day!
Amazing staff, high quality service and goods. However, the crowd is unbearable. Some of the most entitled people I’ve ever encountered. Full of identical looking bankers in leisure wear screaming into AirPods and other entitled brats competing to see who can talk the loudest.

We got an espresso, cappuccino, pesto chicken bowl, and spicy tuna bowl here. The bowls were both very delicious and full of protein. Wonderful flavors and large portion size. Would definitely recommend!

Superb bagels and worth the experience. Had the salmon egg and cheese for brunch, alongside a hot matcha latte. Really well done - super fresh salmon cut with crispy toasts on both ends. Portions are generous. Coffee tasted very decent as well but not exactly super unique I would say. That said, apart from the fact that Hugh Jackman founded this cafe, the staff does uphold great standards in their attitude and service. We received our meals and drinks within 15 minutes despite a long queue. Tables were cleared efficiently too. It’s a popular outlet for sure with plenty of regulars. Well worth the penny and time to experience if you are around the area. Very cosy and welcoming on overall.

I'm so glad that they have gluten free food options (that are good!) so I like to go here for that along with a hot apple cider or tea. The staff is friendly and they do great with getting everyone's orders out while being so busy. I like it here!

>20 min wait for a latte.
Staff behind the bar with zero sense of urgency, engaged in a bizzare task swapping process (optimization?) which is clearly not effective as there were 30+ people waiting.
Coffee quality was average, latte was ok.
Drip coffee was bitter and lacked any flavour.

I work around the corner and have been meaning to check this place out due to good reviews. Firstly the atmosphere is kinda weird. Feels more of a poser “I’m only here to see who’s who” type cafe. Ordering process was pretty disorganised. One checkout was open and the girl was just standing there and didn’t say anything until I asked “are you taking orders?” To which she replied yes and took my order. I got the honey lavender latte which initially tasted good but about an hour after my throat was BURNING. Can only imagine maybe they put too much syrup or the product used to flush the espresso machine wasn’t rinsed off. I did enjoy the ham and cheese croissant however!
It’s definitely not the type of cafe to pop in for a quick coffee. Expect a wait due to how busy.
