The bubble tea is insanely mediocre and super overpriced. I got a small jasmine milk tea with tapioca pears and it cost me nearly $8. It really wasn’t that good either. Super disappointing for the amount of money you’re wasting. Girls at the desk were super nice though!

This location is so bad. Disappointing because I really like the Brooklyn location. The boy behind the counter sucks and clearly just didn’t want to make more bubbles. Also said he closed register already so I can’t pay w cash, closing wasn’t for another hour so just lazy on his part. Definitely my fault for trusting indifferent hs boys to make a good matcha latte. Don’t recommend coming here try another location!

I ordered a classic black boba, the hot drink was strictly lukewarm. Overpriced mediocrity. Much better tea just down the street near Mott. This is a one and done for me.

Quick coffee and teas inside a mini food court. Service was quick and coffee was good

Drinks came out quickly after ordering at kiosk. Cute stickers on the drinks. A little overpriced, but the boba shop was located among a bunch of indoor stands/stalls which was cool to browse

5/5 Blueberry Matcha -- SO good! It was just enough matcha flavor to balance out the subtle fruity sweetness from their blueberry mixture. Highly recommend!

4.7/5 Strawberry Matcha -- also exceeded my expectations! The freshness and slight tartness of their strawberry mixture was a hit with their matcha!

4.7/5 Hojicha Latte - loved the depth of roasted flavor of their hojicha, one of the better hojicha lattes I've had in the city! The sweetener they use also has a lovely flavor, I ordered 50% sweetness and it was the perfect not too sweet treat!

They were out of bingsoo, but i would return again to try one!

you can order online by scanning the QR code. the drinks came out quickly. I ordered a thai iced tea with boba and 2 ube lattes for my girls. the boba itself doesn’t taste freshly made and is a bit harder than I like. I was happy with the thai tea and love that you can customize the type of milk / add matcha. I tried the ube latte and it was SO sweet. my girls like it very sweet but in my opinion, ask for less sugar!!

I used to get a tea here every day before work. I hadn’t been in in several months and I quickly remembered why I had stopped. $8 for a flavorless tea, that tasted as if there were no sweetness in it either ( I got 100% sweet, and had to stir in the syrup myself with my straw as it was just in the bottom). The drink was so bitter I just threw it away. If made properly, the drink is great! Not sure when or if I will try again, but if the drinks are made consistently they are good.

I absolutely adore Lazy Sundaes. I've been to their locations at Canal St and Waverly Pl, and the quality is top tier. I was introduced by my local friends and I've been obsessed with their soft tapioca toppings in my milk tea ever since. There was a point in time where I went back 3 times in one day to get my matcha fix! Although at the Canal St location, sometimes the self order station glitches out or the line gets a bit long, they have an online website, app, and even a on hand cashier spot to assist. They even gave my friend (who's traveling) a sticker since she loves scrapbooking! Love how they put so much thought into their spots, and it's always a pleasure coming back.

So we ordered three drinks: thai iced tea with boba, hojicha white chocolate with boba, and matcha white chocolate with boba, all with whole milk. The thai iced tea tasted fine, but for the hojicha and matcha, it tasted like rancid cheese. We went back to the counter to ask if perhaps there was something wrong with the white chocolate, and they said, "Did you order it with whole milk?" "Yes." "We're so sorry, we think one of our whole milks was bad for some reason." Then they made us new drinks, which was fine, and they certainly taste much better now, but it makes me wonder about what food safety precautions--or lack thereof--this boba shop undergoes.

?VEGAN BINGSU?I've been looking for non-dairy bingsu/bingsoo for YEARS, after trying it in Seoul. It's a light, shaved ice dessert with milk and toppings, and it's like a more refreshing ice cream sundae. This place is inside the Canal Street market, right up front where you walk in.
