I had a lovely experience here. I went with two friends and we started with cocktails, each interesting and flavorful. The salt foam margarita was especially good. The scallop, served raw on a half shell had a lovely herby sauce. The jamon crochettes were also excellent. My friends also enjoyed the roast pork shoulder and burger. Sadly, we had no room left for dessert, but there were a number of interesting options, so next time!

4.5!! As good as it gets...Leña offers a highly professional, truly unique and delicious experience. The spreadable sobrasada with honey and the presa iberica are not to be missed. Have been many times, each time is a taste treat; we have always been impressed by the food and the attentive staff. Came tonight for birthday dinner. Special thanks to our hostess, who observed our table rocking and rushed to shim it, and Juan who took excellent care of us this evening, including treating the table to birthday churros y chocolate - 100% delightful!

The hostess was great. She cleared a corner table for us, since it was a better table than one that was ready but not in as comfy as a location. Unfortunately our first menu choice Arroz de Bogavante wasn't available--The server did tell us she would check and came back several minutes later. Honestly, this is probably the 3rd time we ordered it and were told it wasn't available. So, then we ordered the Lubina a la Donostiarra, which in the past has been good. But this time it was oversalted and worse, after waiting a long time, was tepid! You would have thought that due to the wait they were cooking it and would have brought it out while at least warm. We left most of it on the serving platter. We did like the salad that went with it. Bottom line is that we love the idea of Leña and Little Spain, but usually come away disappointed because of inconsistent execution, or lack of availability of many items. Also, the dessert counter in Little Spain closes way too early. This is not the Spain we know. In fact, the entire place shuts down way too early. We are probably going to give it a couple more tries, but more than likely give up soon.

It was my last New York City dinner before I left the big apple to move to California the service the ambience and the food was amazing. I have to give credit to the wonderful staff that has me and my last dinner in New York City memorable and an incredible time. Thank you.

Food was delicious, well prepared and service was quick and friendly. Only wish that the main dishes came with some sort of side such as rice or vegetables without having to add on a side at an extra cost.

I was explained by a staff that a la carto menu would be like tapas for 2 to 3 persons, so I thought the portion should be small, but actually it was large enough to share with 3 to 4 persons. We couldn't reach a main dish for that.

It was a very ambient place, extravagant decor and wonderful food. Andreu was very kind and funny and suggested very good vegetarian options. He was very helpful. It was quite worth it and I highly recommend this place.

I had an awesome experience; first of all, the food was on point. As a Spaniard living in New York, I think that makes it even more impressive. The ambiance was well curated, with nice red tones and low light, definitely giving you the feeling of not being in the middle of a big open market. My captain Andreu, was attentive, not too intrusive, and very enthusiastic with food descriptions, something that hospitality professionals lack nowadays. He elevated me and my wife's experience. Looking forward to going back, I will be recommending the spot! Artichokes with romesco are a must-try!

Food was terrible, probably the worst Spanish food i've ever had. The paella had no vegetables and the chicken was overcooked and all skin. The croquettes were dripping in oil from the cheese and had no substance or taste. The salad was COVERED in parm and super offputting, and the seabass...i'm shocked the kitchen actually let that go on a table. Never coming back here and will gladly warn all my peers.

Burger was delicious. We liked our waiter who gave good advice but staff was pretty absent. Hostesses weren't friendly at all.

From the moment we walked into Little Spain, we were transported into an atmosphere full of vibrant energy and authentic charm. The lighting struck the perfect balance—warm, inviting, and cozy without being too dim. The music curated the vibe beautifully, adding a lively yet relaxed backdrop to our evening.

But the real star of the night? Jorge—our phenomenal server. He didn’t just take our order; he guided us through the menu like a true culinary storyteller. Every dish was described with passion and precision, giving us a deeper appreciation for what we were about to enjoy. He made each recommendation feel like a personalized experience. On top of that, he was incredibly attentive—keeping us perfectly hydrated throughout the evening (which we all know is an art in itself).

Now, let’s talk food—absolutely delicious. Every bite was packed with flavor, crafted with care, and beautifully plated. From the first appetizer to the last savory bite, it was clear that quality and authenticity are at the heart of Little Spain's kitchen.

This wasn’t just dinner—it was an experience. And yes, we’re already planning to come back. Huge kudos to Jorge and the entire team for making our night so memorable. Little Spain, you’ve earned two very happy, very loyal new fans!

Wonderful Basque Country style food in a relaxed cosy corner setting of the mercado. Waiter David I was simply superb. Cold white gazpacho was the highlight of the meal.

5 Stars for Leña – A Must-Visit Dining Experience!

Leña absolutely blew me away. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone—warm, stylish, and full of energy without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of place that immediately makes you feel like you’re in for something special.

The food? Flawless. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell the kitchen team takes pride in what they serve—whether it’s a simple bite or a bold, layered entrée, everything we had was exceptional.

But what really elevated the experience was the service. David was incredible—attentive, welcoming, and so knowledgeable about the menu. He made the lunch feel personal and memorable in the best way.

If you haven’t been to Leña yet, you’re missing out. Do yourself a favor: make a reservation, go hungry, and ask for David. You’ll be glad you did!

We had a bartender named Terrein. She was magnificent! She juggled multiple people ordering and was still able to get my order in very quickly. All the bartenders were very nice, but Terrein was both nice but above all, she was about
customer service. She would be a wonderful work leader and more. She was wonderful!
